Very disappointed as half of our bag was filled with pieces only fit for kindling. We’ve used 3 month’s worth in 4 weeks. Not value for money at all. Sadly this has bounced back to the business we bought them through (South West Kiln Dried Logs) who have been absolutely brilliant up til now. Yes the logs are fabulous burners but we can’t afford to burn wood this fast. I’m a huge fan of buying local but having had no response from SWKDL I’ve had to go back to buying from a bigger supplier.

Very nice people to deal with! Thanks to Rhian, ordering was very easy. The logs were excellent quality and worked perfectly for my pizza oven. The delivery service was faultless and I had my two bags unloaded exactly where I asked. Highly recommended but plan well in advance as delivery time was about 2 weeks.

Fantastic, dry logs! Kiln dried logs were recommended by our chimney sweep and these couldn't be better. Delivered in easy bags which helps if you don't have a driveway! Friendly and reliable service.

Great logs, great service

Thoroughly nice people to deal with! Great, easy ordering with plenty of accurate communication of when logs will be delivered and very competitively priced. The logs are responsibly and sustainably sourced, bone dry and a good spread of sizes for any fire, Plus kindling and natural wood firefighters that always work first time. The delivery service is faultless and makes it so easy to deal with even bigger loads of logs. Can’t recommend them enough.
