The training is top-notch
The training is top-notch, and I have paid for many high-ticket programs in this space. The trainers are knowledgeable and want to help you succeed. I feel like I am pushing my account manager and questioning her about where I am in the process. I think her job should be to push me and my progress? There is so much happening, and it's easy to get overwhelmed. I experienced some breakdowns in the "done for you" part of the program for my deliverables. I think they are in a growth mode and fulfillment isn't keeping up. I don't think the account managers push along the deliverables process and when I got them, they seemed pretty generic. I can update those to suit my needs, that's ok. I wouldn't know where to get the training packaged how they present.

I found the talk to be quite informative on several levels. One takeaway for me is that I'm now inspired to undertake independent research regarding crypto -- something I know very little about. Additionally, I appreciate Douglas' common-sense approach to assessing one's mindset for success.

and I couldn’t be more ready to go! Douglas James is a wealth of knowledge and proven success with a wonderful system of support / zoom calls / software for communication-for the Academy and community. Wonderful teacher / mentor himself along with the DJ team I’ve met so far. I’ve definitely been impressed and so thankful that my gut instinct from the beginning (and every time after I saw his Ad again on YouTube) said “this is it” —entrepreneurial life of passive income to exceed my expectations (to come)—and the life I want to live traveling with my girls and giving back (all of it by the time I die :)) I’m as optimistic as can be with the ‘expert’ leading the way. So I happy I joined! Thank you DJ!

I want my money back. This Program is not for me. I don't have a business people who have a business it good for you. I can't afford this. It not for everybody. everybody on zoom have a small business. If it work for you happy for you. It not for me. I shut and closed the program down. I did not get a coach at all. Regarding refunds, there is a specific process for that, we make all of our clients aware of how to review their agreement, terms and how to contact our support team that's available during working hours if you were to have any questions. Posting this on a review site like TrustPilot isn't the recommended approach. We highly encourage you to seek support using our Amazing Team and representatives that are on call waiting for you in our Support Channels. Regarding everyone having a small business, if you have a local brick and mortar business or local service based business that hired our agency to help you generate leads, that's one thing, but if you are a coaching client and hired us to help coach and train you through the fundamentals and strategies to getting your digital agency set up and launched, the majority of clients that work with us on this don't have a business or ever were in business in the past. So there is no requirement to be a coaching client as far as owning or operating a business in the past or present. Regarding “I did not get a coach”, depending on which program you enrolled in, you may or may not be entitled to a designated “coach” per-say. After investigating your client record and attendance, I see that you didn’t enroll into a program that would give you a designated coach, however did give you access to an Online Instructor and Curriculum over an 8 week period. These are the most important items that I have deemed necessary for response as some of the other comments made were hard to follow or understand. With that being said, Customer Service is our #1 Priority and our team goes above and beyond to assure our customers are happy and getting what they deserve, we also set the proper expectations as to what the customer is and is not responsible for in our process while we continue to provide the tools and resources necessary for success. If and when a customer issue surfaces, we take it as an opportunity to rectify it and learn from it, holding ourselves accountable 100% of the time. We would love the opportunity to correct any mistakes but it seems that this "review" does not contain enough information or accurate information for our team to correct any potential mishaps. We have earned a highly reputable rating on Trustpilot simply by taking care of our paid customers. We hope that this response clears any uncertainty or confusion.
