Good fair prices compared to many other companies.
Reading the about us section sold it for me. I appreciate how the company evolved after the digital age and how one of the joint owners stuck with the company, branched out becoming a music shop as well as sticking with the evolution of DJ equipment.
Items I ordered was well packed, delivered fast, on time, and securely.
Only thing I could possibly be negative about was the Items I brought stated free delivery but there was no free delivery options within checkout, I did get secure next day delivery with dpd for £5.99 so that was good considering other options was £10 plus for longer delivery times.
Regardless of that, nothing I could fault and I am happy to support an evolved DJ shop

Communication was great
Communication was great, product delivered on time. There was a small issue with the controller (manufacturer issue) they organised the controller to be replaced the next day as I had a gig on the weekend. New controller is perfect. Swap went as planned. Would 100% use again
