I normally deal with 5-6 different sites for gaming supplies & accessories. Of those different shops TDSO is my usual go to choice. I might mention they are the only one out of the US I buy from so shipping costs & shipping time you might expect to be a bit higher & longer. Not at all. Not sure how they do this, but it’s great each time.
I love Chessex dice. TDSO carries the brand. I do grab some Chessex periodically but I don’t buy the Chessex sets here. These sets do not include the storage container or description card that normally comes with it. This is unfortunate because TDSO carries sets other shops do not have. Still i do buy loose Chessex pieces.
That brings me to another point I like about this site. Loose single dice. I completed two sets that had missing dice with my previous orders. I’ve even found some discontinued singles I couldn’t find anywhere else. Overall these guys are great with selection, sales, pricing, shipping speed & above all else excellent in communication. I honestly cannot think of any company with better customer communication than TheDiceShopOnline.

I recently backed a kickstarter from TDSO and received the dice today - they are superb! One of my favourite sets already, beautiful to look at, expertly crafted all backed up by top notch customer service.

Good range and the cost of each item is generally quite reasonable. The issue I have is generally the cost of postage to Australia. There's a reason I keep shopping at your store obviously.

I realised I couldn't remember the address I'd given so I checked with customer service. They were patient, helpful, and fast. I really couldn't ask for better.

Never received my order and when I acquired about it was told there is nothing that can be done unless the package is returned to them, and that they had no way to track it to know if it was delivered or not.

Dice were delivered quickly and exactly as described. Very happy with quality of the dice.

Most of the dice i received were faulty. I was lucky to be able to find a couple that were half decent but even those had messed up numbers. It's very hard to find D8 packs online, that's the only reason why I didn't return them.

I have shopped from TheDiceShopOnline many times over the past few years, and I am more than satisfied. The selection is enormous, shipping to Denmark (in my case) is cheap, and all post-Brexit tax issues are handled perfectly. I've only had to contact their support once and promptly got help (with something that turned out to be my own fault.) I recommend TDSO to all my RPG and boardgame friends, here and abroad. My only regret is that it's a potential sink-hole for money!

A very wide variety of dice and always a very smooth experience

I love shopping at the dice shoppe! There are so many different items to choose from and I get lost poking around and loose track of time. I have, easily spent 2 hours at a time looking at your wares. All of your items are high quality. I have never had a bad experience browsing through the store. Nor have I ever had any complaints about the items I have ordered. That is why I keep coming back to you.

The order was dispatched very quickly, as always; a very reliable service. I've been buying from TDSO for over a decade, and I've never felt the need to look elsewhere - they've got the biggest range of dice you'll ever see.

The most recent order I placed was for some TDSO Precision Sharp Edge Uninked dice, and they're the most incredible gem dice I've ever owned. The faces are perfectly flush and flawless, there's no "scar" where they were attached to the sprue, and they really do shine like gemstones (they're also bigger than standard dice). They're not just the perfect replacement for Gamescience dice - they're a massive upgrade.

I've bought numerous weird dice from The Dice Shop, and they always deliver fantastic service! Their unique selection never disappoints, and the quality of the dice is top-notch.

By far, the best dice store all over de world. I'm from Spain and I've been purchasing dice here since 2018. Great prices, quick delivering and 0 problems.
