I ordered this product at the beginning of December for a Christmas present and still have not received my order. It may be really nice but I wouldn't know.

Good price, but took longer to get here than most retailers.

Arrived fast, I ordered it a few days before Christmas and it arrived a couple of days after which is very fast.

Dice pagoda I ordered seems like good quality, spins well and efficiently and overall I'm pleased with it and no negatives to speak of

Gorgeous dice and really helpful when I accidentally ordered it to the wrong address!

The dice are very pretty. The spinner is of a heavy weight. However, I have seen it subsequently better priced. The tin that the dice come in is damaged and scratched. Packed too closely with the spinner. This is disappointing as they are meant for a Christmas present.

I’ve had two orders from them now, both have been fulfilled perfectly.

I made a mistake when ordering all three of the 2024 D&D books which they helped me to understand with professionalism and patience. The dice I ordered from them are beautifully made and were well packaged to keep them safe.

I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Beautifully designed and made dice were a perfect gift

Straightforward ordering process. One thing went wrong: I had entered the gift recipient's address on the order, but paid using ApplePay which changed the delivery address to my address, the billing address. I realised this quickly and emailed The Dice Dungeon who put this right at once, and the gift was delivered speedily to the right address. So Five Stars for customer service!

I ordered dice, they delivered dice. There’s no reason for me to drop a star.

Both items were not dispatched. I hadn’t read the message on the order that 1 was on preorder. I emailed them to check where my missing items were and they replied, quite literally within minutes, to reassure me when to expect. A misunderstanding by me but quickly resolved by them. Some first class service from an independent seller. Will definitely be back for more products for my daughter
