We ordered 3 boxes for our local grassroots football coaches. The day before the presentation day, only one box arrived and it was broken. The next day the owner of the company drove out to Oxfordshire to hand deliver 3 new hampers.
Will most definitely use them in my corporate world but sometimes a gift for local people giving their free time means so much more and this company understood this. Thank you for making it right.

The customer service from Deli Society is amazing. Unfortunately, a hamper gift that I ordered was misplaced in the post (through no fault of the deli society); the delivery company did not respond but customer service got back to me straight away to resolve the issue and sent a new hamper straight away, delivering it themselves to ensure it arrived safely. I didn’t get to enjoy the contents myself but I’ve heard great feedback! Thank you!

Beautiful gift although photographs were slightly misleading and suggested that the a cheese/chopping board,was included please make it clearer as this is not the case unfortunately x

First box arrived damaged but Josh at Deli Society was kind enough to get a replacement box and a free bottle of wine hand delivered the next day. Incredible service and I will definitely use again!

I ordered 2 hampers last week for a party with one unfortunately not arriving when it should have because of the courier service (DHL). I felt embarrassed to go empty handed so was understandably upset. When receiving the box a day late, the box was in a ‘budget’ box and looked terrible, one can of beer was also missing (again, because of damage during transport thanks to dhl). I complained to The Deli Society and was astounded by their response, absolutely the best service I have ever received from a company. The circumstances were stressful however they refunded me fully for the box and sent a brand new one out, meaning we ended up with 3 (albeit one late and damaged) boxes for the price of one. I wanted to thank Lucy especially for the service, the hamper contents were greatly appreciated and apparently delicious and the ones we did receive properly were decorated perfectly. It was a shame about what happened but i am so glad it happened with the right company. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 hampers.

Lovely deli hamper delivered to my son and new daughter in law. Very speedy delivery and nice people to deal with. A good all round online experience.

Initial cheese arrived late so the company were good enough to both refund me my order and send me more cheese. Unfortunately I skim-read the email and didn't notice they were sending me more cheese, until it was already dispatched... And we still hadn't managed to eat our way through the last box of cheese. I am now buried in cheese. Oh god. I am both happy and overwhelmed by this outcome.

The cheese/wine was very good, but we got our order almost a full week after the requested delivery date and, given that we were out of town the following weekend, by the time we had time to eat it the cheese was well past fresh. I wonder if it's possible to select a second delivery date if the first doesn't work out, rather than having one assigned to us that's inconvenient?

Used this company at Xmas and my daughter who received the gift absolutely loved it. She and her partner are off to Spain next week , so sent them the Spanish hamper to get in the mood , both loved it and ate it all over 2 evenings.
I would recommend this company to anyone a very quick, efficient service.
