Great from start to finish, easy to use website, amazing delivery to the point I had my cash in my hand within 24 hours. They had almost the highest rate for cash too. Would definitely use again and highly recommend them.

Ordered Turkish Lira. Got best rate according to MSE comparison tool. Much better than high street. Paid a small delivery charge (was less than other online providers) but arrived next day. Will definitely use again. Very impressed.

Not Great I Will Admit
On this occasion, I would have to award only 3 stars. Why? I did have a problem ordering and, when I telephoned, the person I spoke to did not know the answer and said he would get his colleague to call me back. He didn't.
Second, when I did manage to proceed, I requested large notes. What I got was small notes which made a very large bundle and not one I could fit into my bag easily, if at all.

Double the cost
Technical issues resulting in a double charge.
As I put my order through the site hit a technical issue and I was advised to "try again ". So I tried again order went through, then went to my emails and had to separate order numbers. Tried contacting them directly but was after office hours , sent emails . Contacted my bank who stated they couldn't do anything until the transaction had been processed . Finally after more emails Monday morning was told I could not be refunded without incurring a £20 administration fee . So be very careful I'd use another site without these expensive glitches when parting with your money.
UPDATE : unfortunately, the on-screen advice on the currency club site was there was a technical fault and to try again. Had I not been instructed to try again, there would not have been two orders processed. I was just following the on screen advice. It appears I'm not the only one this has happened to so future customers. Please proceed with caution.

In accordance with our terms and conditions, cancellations or refunds are subject to a £20 administration fee to cover the costs involved in processing and handling the order.

I would highly recommend the currency…
I would highly recommend the currency club. I ordered for my dad and first off he asked me to change the delivery date after I placed the order and when I emailed, they came straight back to me to say that was fine. Secondly they offered a Royal Mail delivery before 1pm which was really helpful as my dad was going away. Great rates too. Thank you!
