Not happy with this at all it runs out of charge after 15mins after they state you get 60mins out of it once fully charged that is not the case at all I could only get half of my hair done before having to charge again I would not recommend this especially if you have long hair I am trying to get a refund and the company’s shipping time is shocking and didn’t even get a email saying it had been shipped had to keep emailing them to see when my order would be here

I ordered this curler in December , it was dispatched from the uk when my daughter opened it on Christmas Day it didn’t work contacted them ,got a reply after a week I was told to video problem then sent to them , then told a month later to post it to Bulgaria for a refund After 3 months Bulgaria post tried to deliver it and nobody there , still waiting on reply have sent about 20 emails

I ordered this item on the 26th April 2021 and was emailed on the 27th April 2021 to say my item had been shipped and they took the money from my account. After still not receiving the item by the 10th May 2021 I emailed their customer services. I received no reply but instead received an email that stated my item was pending and I needed to finalise my order and to click on the link confirming my order. I am NOT going to do this as I believe they will charge me again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The whole thing is a SCAM. If I could give a minus rating I would!!!

Again 1 star is too much .. bought from The Curler UK thinking stupidly that I was dealing with a UK company but they’re not .. waited 3 weeks for my curler worked great the first 2 times and then started tangling my hair and twisting with no turn off .. after numerous emails they offered to refund me 50% £19.99 to save the huge return shipping costs so £20 down and a defect appliance... please don’t buy from The Curler company total scam and it ruins your hair
Easy curls -does what it says on the tin!
The product looked amazing and easy and I have to say it does work brilliantly producing great curls. Very easy to use. The pitfalls to watch out for are: It says 'with power bank' but you don't get one - you have to buy it separately! Product is available in many places for a variety of prices, os not including the power pack is expensive- however, I had a lead at home I could use. The instructions are terrible. However, youtube shows you how. It is the easiest curling instrument I have ever used.

Replacement curler arrived..... also damaged as in cracked through the plastic. I've contacted them to report but it's been over 2 weeks now and no reply. Extremely frustrating and total waste of money. Buy elsewhere!!

I brought my daughter a curler and it is broken when she went to use it for the first time. i have sent emails upon emails to this company and they bounce back. Even on Google, it says the sit cannot be reached. What a chuffing scam this is for all these people that have brought from them. its not fair knowing we can get our money back. Please do not buy from this company, I ordered my curler 31st December 2020 it arrived on the 12th January and when I went to charge the curler it was broken. I have emailed and messaged the company on a number of occasions and I am still waiting for a reply. My husband also contacted Thebrightercompany.com he was asked to send a video of the problem and he has heard nothing since. Customer service is appalling please save your money and do not buy from here.
My curler arrived before Christmas
My curler arrived before Christmas, but it didn't work as my hair is not long enough. I emailed Customer Service who told me I had to return it to their depot in Bulgaria!
This cost me £11.55 as I was told it has to be tracked and I had to give CS the tracking number. Tracking says it's arrived at the destination and delivery was attempted on 11/1, but there was no answer. Nothing seems to have happened since. So, where is my curler and my promised refund. Not at all happy. My recent email to CS has not been replied to!!

I placed an order on the 28th of December. It's now the 19th of January and I still don't have my package. I've emailed, sent messages on messenger, even went on their page on Instagram and posted a message. I got one response to an email saying my package was at fastway hub. I emailed fastway and they say my package is definitely not there. I emailed thecurler.uk back. Still waitng for a response to my email. Absolutely awful customer service. They also got my name wrong in the email and were able yo tell me my tracking number without me giving them my order number. The only thing they have is my Gmail address, unless they were able to access the order through this, I'm not sure exactly how it works. This does not seem to me to be how any company would handle business. When I go into their own site with the tracking number there's literally no trace of my package. I hope I'm wrong but this looks very underhand to me.
Do Not Buy these faulty goods
I had the curler as a gift for Christmas. Like many other people the charging unit was faulty so I was unable to charge the unit. I have never used it. I have emailed 4 times with no response. This company should be stopped by Trading Standards as it breaks every rule of the Consumer rights Act. I have forwarded my complaint to Trading Standards in the hope they can prevent future sales of these faulty goods.

Ordered item on 8th December, company said it is on its way. The tracker said it was on way to courier depot on 10th December.
Still not received it today 5th January. Asked for a refund and still no response.
Looks like I won't be receiving the item or a refund. Shocking service.
