Received an email this morning out of the blue informing me they're closing my account and I have 10 pence in the account I need to transfer out of it...
Thing is, never heard of this company, certainly don't have an account with them. Their customer service seem to be clueless, to the extent they have shared account details to me that don't belong to me!

Got a random email today out of the blue saying they are closing my account and I need to clear my balance with them
The only problem is I've never heard of them or what they do so I have no idea what balance and what it's for
But they are still demanding I pay with no care for the fact I've never heard of them
Needless to say I won't be paying a penny but certainly could be more helpful into the fact I don't know who they are before they carry on demanding payment

I guess they will close very soon, they are closing many accounts with no reason. I mean I do not care since I use my balance only once.
The worst thing is they want the balance back within 2 months. 0 star is what you deserve!

Was trying to sign up two days in a row but haven’t received any confirmation sms text. I decided to contact support and ask the reason. Was so disappointed receiving an explanation “We're sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We have found it necessary to suspend new sign-ups at this time.”
Don’t you think it might be just easier to turn off the sign up button and place the warning message before wasting potential customers time?
Very disappointing service.

Worst company ever! Since they were taken over from the KOTO card they show no care what so ever towards customers! Their customer service is not with in the UK and clearly have issues in understanding what is being said. They have no complaint details on their website so make it very difficult to actually log a complaint! Avoid this company at ALL costs!

I have been a victim of fraud due to this company who approved a virtual credit card in my name - this has caused a great deal of personal stress for me, has lead to a bank account being closed etc. You clearly need to improve your security process and the proof of identity that individuals need to provide when applying for your products. The only positive is that Dmytro following providing proof of identity was able to quickly close the account created in my name and has passed the relevant details onto CIFAS.
I hope no one else has to go through the stress and worry I have due to your company’s failure to properly investigate before approving credit!

Hi level of fast accessible service. Quick responce. Always can check what happened previously. Easy to get in touch any day and time. Supportive attitude. Documents such a transaction payslip will be send to your email if any issues with overpayment. I'm happy. Helped me to get money back from Asda.
