In total I've paid £59.89 instead of £49.89. vat was £11.17. delivery £6.99.
what retailer will advertise item at a price and take more when customer made the payment. So want my order cancel which I've called their receptionist on this number 01138197211and want a full refund (order number was 9022) and i was hoping to buy for longterm on this website. I will also report this matter to federal trade commission. Be careful people when using this website not trust worthy seller.

Hello Maria, we hope you enjoyed your extended Bank Holiday weekend. I believe an email has been sent now that staff are back in work and a full refund on your request has been made.
Unfortunately HMRC (The VAT Man) insists that we collect VAT on their behalf, this amount is shown in checkout and before payment is requested. We really can not avoid charging VAT, it would be a criminal offence on our part and we work very hard at being a trust worthy company. All VAT collected on behalf of HMRC is paid to them on a quarterly basis, we do not keep that money.
I hope this explains our situation with HMRC and our responsibility to trading legally and fairly.
