I needed a new mask style, as my old one was causing significant irritation on the bridge of my nose, and was releasing air and causing a hissing noise.
I found a new style, read reviews and after ordering I I had it in less than a week.
The new style is giving me a 20 out of 20 on myair score, two nights in a row.
I wish I had know about the new N40 style sooner.

The delivery was excellent. The price was great also.

I'd pushed off getting a CPAP machine for some time as I was 'borderline', but in the first three days I find myself waking easier, no headache, and fewer cups of coffee needed. I'm still struggling with the mask fit a bit but figure it's mostly about getting used to it. I went with the P30i (nasal only), I like that the hose is out of the way and lets me shift in my sleep. The discounts along with coverage under my plan made this feel more accessible, but I think I would go with this without that, now that I know what I know.

The website was really easy to use and the prices were great. I had a question about shipping and spoke with Simon, who was so polite and helpful. He made the process stress free and my order arrived shortly after. I really appreciate the great service!

Paid $120 for a mask .Poor quality and did not fit correctly. Pretty much to bad for me out $120.

I am very happy with the service I received. Was able to get the exact mask I was after which seems to be unavailable at some other sites. I don't understand why small size is so tough to find. Ordered and submitted payment and the mask was in my hands in five days start to finish. No complaints on my end very happy with the results.

Prices are unbeatable (almost half of what I was quoted at my closest brick and mortar CPAP store where I purchased equipment before). I was also very pleased to get a call from the customer service rep giving me a heads up that I had added the wrong filter in my order and they were proactively correcting it and sending the right filter. The best part: They discounted the price of the right filter in my order, so I wouldn't have to pay the difference (the wrong one that I picked was cheaper). Shipping was great and arrived a day earlier than expected.

I recently purchased a new CPAP machine from The CPAP Store online. I received my machine with the complete kit for 600$ taxes included and free shipping. As I do not have any medical insurance, I was thrilled that I did not to have to pay the 1500++ that everyone else is asking. Plus they issued me a medical receipt so I can deduct on my income taxes.
