We're delighted to offer high-end skin care products, bath & shower essentials, as well as home favourites from some of the UK's most popular brands. All orders are picked and packed by us and we're pleased to have built a relatively small customer base of over 30,000, which we're incredibly proud of. The Courtyard Spa began with a small warehouse and two mobile beauticians who shared a passion for delivering expert facial treatments, before evolving into a small and highly regarded independent retailer. Great prices for the Davines range
Great prices for the Davines range. It also had other products o couldn’t easily source elsewhere. Came well wrapped. Considering it was oil based products…no leaks & quick delivery.

Positive experience
Products arrived in a reasonable time frame and were priced well. Unfortunately the lid on the spray was broken, but it doesn’t affect using the it, and it had been packaged well so I think that was just a bit of bad luck. But overall I would buy from them again.

PCA skin products
I've recently ordered PCA skin products and have received it promptly the next day. They offer the best price and the products were secured with bubble wraps. I will definitely order again.

SCAM
Inside the box I received, a rather expensive item was missing. At its place there was an handwritten note I would have received a refund. I NEVER RECEIVED THE MONEY BACK, neither an answer to my email. First time I get scammed in this was, AVOID.

Avoid by all cost
Avoid by all cost. I have never received ordered goods. I have tried to contact them several times- there is no phone support. Only emails. Never received response. Had to file complaint to my credit card company to retrieve my money. Checked them out on Company House website- they only registered this company about month before my purchase, so I don’t know if they are overwhelmed with orders and can’t keep up or they intend to scam people.

Recently bought two Molton Brown 400ML Re-Charge Black Pepper body wash refills pouches from this company.
Really competitive price, original products and excellent next day delivery with the products well packaged and arrived securely in perfect condition.

Molton Brown - Coastal Cypress and Sea Fennel
I bought some discounted Molton Brown reeds and perfume with this company. I have received the items and I can confirm that the products are the real thing and the discount is very good. They arrived by DPD nicely boxed and well packed. Extremely happy with my purchase and thank you Amber for your kind responses. I hadn’t heard of the business before and could find nothing online. Having once been scammed by an online clothing store Destiny (China) I checked the location of the company (Birmingham) and looked them up as much as I could. It all seemed legitimate..The fact that it was on Shop comforted me although I now realise that there are a fair number of scam businesses on Shop as well. Shop are also incredibly hard to get in contact with if something goes wrong.
Either way, in this instance it all went very well.
