I purchased replacement glass for my steeple lantern. The glass arrived much sooner than I anticipated (especially during the busy holiday shipping season), and it was well packaged to protect it from breakage. The quality was great and the cost of the glass as well as the shipping were very reasonable. I am looking forward to making additional purchases with The Cottage Store in the near future!

I did have a problem with my order. One of the lamp shades sent was incorrect, however it was resolved VERY quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate ordering again from this company. The customer service was wonderful and the products I ordered were very nice.

I ordered a rooster canister, shipping was fast, it arrived on time, and the canister was well packaged. The canister was adorable, great addition to our kitchen.

My sign is bent in several places. When it was shipped there is nothing on the box handle with care, bendable or anything.

I love the Bird & Birch 2 tiered stand. Easy to put together. Does have some areas where the birch looks like it's loose or peeled off a little, but not enough to matter. I had fun finally decorating it for Christmas. That's about my second decor I've gotten done, lol...plus it's not to tall or wide. I put mine in the center of the dinning room table.

I love my order, it came fast ,nothing was broken. I also recieved optimal personal care and felt like I was shopping in my small town. I was emailed within a half hour of placing my order. To be certain that I had ordered everything to complete my needs for the product that I was paying for. On top of receiving the delivery I was contacted again to be sure all was as anticipated!

And thes are exactly s I had hoped, nothing broken.
