Holiday Cottages in various UK locations

This company appears to be a marketing vehicle and nothing more. We rented a cottage through their website in Symonds Yat and encountered a couple of issues which we asked for clarification/help with. They hide behind a portal and don't respond helpfully to questions or help to resolve anything. They have several websites covering different geographic locations in the UK. I would avoid all of them unless you want zero customer orientation and service.
