Always excellent customer service, rapid delivery and good price for quality products.

I have bought from this company several times and am currently placing orders monthly. Delivery is always on time and the products are as described. I have never had any problems with any of my orders.

We really struggle to get good quality bird food here in France. I found this company on Amazon, ordered the sunflower hearts and they were here in 2 days! Fantastic and great quality and price. So happy to have found them!

One of the best online companies. I Order sunflower hearts, they are always of the highest quality, order is dispatched swiftly and are in the Scottish Highlands in a couple of days, excellent! Fantastic value for money.

Croston are simply the best online order company l have ever used. Their service is excellent as is the the quality of the bird food l have ordered and this is matched with competitive pricing and a rapid delivery service. l live in Northern France, the first time I ordered was a Monday mid afternoon, the product arrived early Wednesday morning. That takes some beating! I am now a regular customer and each subsequent delivery has never taken more than three days to arrive.
l unreservedly recommend Croston Mill, as would the birds living around us, the only problem I now have is keeping up with the volume they are consuming!

Very, very good company. I happened across them on Ebay and have been ordering from them for about 3 years. Always next day delivery and the products are of the highest quality. Much cheaper than buying in bulk from pet stores and even Wilco's. Keep up the good work.

This company is the best online order company l have ever used.....their service is fantastic and the quality of the bird food l ordered was the best l have ever experienced !! l live in the south of france near Antibes so was obviously concerned at the length of time the order would take to arrive. l ordered Monday,it was dispatched Tuesday from the UK and ARRIVED ON THURSDAY MORNING !!!!!!!! Hows that for service . The order weighed about 29 kg and cost €5 for delivery. For those of you living down here and who love birds "go for it "with Croston Mill Ltd. My garden has come alive FINALLY ,thanks to this fabulous company. l was previously in despair as the bird food here is hugely expensive and of poor quality. l have cracked the problem.... yippppppppeeeeee ....having found a source from which l will now continue buying . Thank you Croston from all the birds now swooping in from all around the area to my garden.

Order processed at the speed of lightening, as usual and delivery arranged.
Unfortunately DPD didn’t deliver when they said they would but a phone call to Croston put the matter right.
A very friendly and helpful, Laura, sorted the problem, and rang me back within 5 minutes. That’s what I call customer service.

I was sick of the hit and miss deliveries when ordering from Amazon etc and stumbled upon Croston Corn Mill....I'm so pleased that I did because I haven't looked back since. The packaging is superb, the delivery is outstanding and the quality of the produce, as far as I can tell from the speed in which it is consumed, must be superb. One of my greatest joys is being able to watch the birds and squirrels (yes, I know they are pesky but they are so entertaining) feasting in my garden. I would recommend Croston Corn Mill to anyone seeking to regularly buy wild bird food.

I have not sampled either. However they seem to love it, especially the bird food, its gone before my half pint of tea** has brewed in the morning, so it must be good. Service is excellent, carriage charges staggeringly low (to south east France). Thoroughly recommended.

** Twinings Assam... not sold here! Blatant advertising should get me a packet a month, shouldn't it Mr Twining?

Wild bird seed and Sunflower hearts are excellent quality.

My orders are processed so quickly, for example today, I had barely completed my order when 20 minutes later I had an email telling me it was being prepared for despatch!!....How's that for service!!

Delivery is really quick, reliable and FREE for Next Day Delivery, as long as you order before 3.00pm .

On the day of delivery you get a text giving a very accurate delivery window almost to the hour, and so far it has been totally reliable.

The prices of the two products are very competitive taking into account the quality. My local supplier cannot even begin to match the prices I pay. I used to get my seed from Ebay and to be fair it was good quality but the delivery was so hit and miss that I could not know when it was going to arrive, and in the Winter I need to be sure that the birds are kept happy!!

The 'add on' items are a very good idea and so is the Reward Scheme.

One suggestion, it would be helpful if the Loyalty Points were explained in monetary terms, and I have subscribed to the Newsletter but don't recall receiving one yet, maybe it was sent to my Trash folder by mistake!?

Would most definitely recommend. You won't get a better service anywhere else and this company could teach some of the multi-nationals a thing or two!!

I have been using this company for a while now, so reliable, always deliver next day. Good quality food , birds love it! Always so helpful with super communication and friendly and nice.
