4 star's for the seller, really quick service/delivery. The product, not quite premium, at least 50 of the 250grm was crumbs/dust. Possibly crushed during shipping, maybe try a box instead of soft pack, or smaller packs, 50grm. Smokes not bad, prefer stronger though. Solve the crumbs issue and it'd be 5 star

To the people at the corner shop, I used to buy a lot of tobacco though use but the quality has got worse. I am very very disappointed in the quality. You have been selling me the last two lots are crap. I think youse need to get a hold of better stuff otherwise you gotta lose a lot of customers. I thought I’d let you know.

Express post service is becoming…
Express post service is becoming slower. I ordered product early Monday, it is now Friday and I'm still waiting for my order. It's now not expected to be delivered until Monday, I believe this must be due to processing delays, it used to be alot quicker service than what I'm finding these days.
I am also very disappointed I am no longer able to purchase my filled Palmer carbon filters. They were my favourite smokes and seem to be no longer available.
