Fantastic experience with Core Collab so far
I had a fantastic experience with Core Collab throughout the entire process of purchasing my Eco Foldable Reformer Pilates machine. I had quite a few questions before ordering, and every one was answered promptly and helpfully.
Their customer service was exceptional — they were also incredibly gracious and quick to help when I realised I had accidentally ordered the wrong model and needed to change the order. Nothing felt like too much trouble.
The reformer itself is amazing quality and exactly what I was hoping for. I also really appreciated the option to pay over 10 months, which made such a big purchase much more manageable.
A lovely bonus was the inclusion of 3 months’ free access to their online app, which has been a great way to get started and make the most of the reformer at home.
Highly recommend Core Collab for both their products and genuinely excellent customer service.
