These knives cut very well and are a joy to use. I have purchased multiple knives from several different series, and they have all proven to be excellent.

I've been a fan of the Cooking Guild for a few years now. I have four knives, each unique for specific tasks. I would love to display them but I'm selfish and don't like to share them. They are laser sharp and strong enough to handle any job. My knives fit perfectly in my large hands making it a pleasure preparing delicious meals. Keep up the excellent quality! Thanks Rick

I purchased multiple sets of this company's knives. As a chef, I have been impressed with their sharpness over time, excellent balance in the hand, and aesthetics. These knives are my go-to standard now. The Cooking Guild's products rise above being just knives; they are instruments of creativity for a chef, professional, or everyday household use. The customer service and turnaround time from ordering to receiving are par excellence.

For me, there's nothing more exciting than to try a new knife and get to cooking! I have purchased now approximately 10 or 12 knives from The Cooking Guild. I have sent them to my brothers and their wives and I've also kept a set for myself. The bunka does not disappoint! It is a terrific knife. That is just the right size for pretty much any activity. I love all of the knives that I purchased from cooking guild and I especially love the way they look while they're hanging on the wall. I was skeptical at first because I am accustomed to buying either German or Japanese steel. These do not fall short and for the price absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend them.

We received the Onyx chef knife and have happily used it! It is a fantastic kitchen tool. Keep making excellent knives—you can never have too many of them!

I became a fan of The Cooking Guild via their association and partnership with Men With The Pot. I love to cook outdoors and spend hours on a weekend smoking meat and vegetables et al. I was in dire need of a new cleaver, but didn't want the wieldy-ness of the traditional variety. The Cooking Guild stepped up. I ordered the Men With The Pot Special Edition Cleaver and was NOT disappointed! It came exactly as advertised. Sharp and ready for use. Since having it, I have definitely put it through its paces. It. holds. up. I hit it with a honing steel every so often to keep the blade true, but haven't had to sharpen it beyond that. It has become my favorite knife in kitchens indoors and out!

Since then, I’ve ordered a couple of the Dynasty Series knives. They are wonderful! Most recently, due to unforeseen circumstances, my order was returned to sender. When I requested they ship it again a couple months later, they did it. No questions asked.

A razor sharp knife with unique design.
I use it for every cutting task in the kitchen since it arrived and I love it.
My one and only problem is that the tang is moving a bit in the handle. Hope it will last though. But no worries as I am covered with the lifetime guaranty.

this cleaver replaced my other carbon steel cleaver which was poorly maintained. (I didn't know any better!) I've received many compliments as it's displayed on my knife block. I finally got to use it this past week. IT IS SHARP! (measured ~160 BESS) what a joy to use!

I gave the Nomad Petty Knife to my husband for Christmas, and he absolutely loves it—5 stars all the way! He used it that same night to prep our tri-tip, and was so impressed with its performance that now he's eager to get the entire set! The quality of this knife is outstanding—truly impressive!
