The founder, Sarah, is really lovely and always happy to help, even if it's for bespoke requests, which resulted in the debut of the giant cookies for birthdays and such –you're welcome 😉🤤

The Cookie Mail is an exceptional business. I ordered 4 boxes for friends and family during lockdown and 1 for myself. Communication, packaging and presentation was brilliant. The cookies taste incredible, easily top quality with generous chocolate chunks! You can tell Sarah’s thought, care and genuine passion that has gone into their creation. My friends have since repurchased as they loved them so much, and their friends have since gone on to purchase. I first used The Cookie Mail to send my sister a little ‘thinking of you’ treat during the height of lockdown. I wanted to send something different to flowers and The Cookie Mail offered a reasonably priced, thoughtful gift in the form of delicious, homemade, postable cookies with free delivery and the ability to add a gift card. No brainer! My sister loved them so much she bought me some in return. And so the love affair began! They are the softest cookies with the biggest chocolate chunks. Love love love!!!! 5 star from me

I’ve bought quite a few boxes for friends family or myself recently and these cookies are the best on the market! The milk choc and bueno are both DELICIOUS and they come in a compact box that fits in my small letterbox! Really quick delivery and absolutely delicious cookies!! Perfect for a small treat for a friend or for having with a cuppa whilst working from home. 10/10 from me!

I ordered these as gifts for friends who loved them. They arrived on time for everyone’s birthday and I’m told smelt and tasted super fresh. So much so that they will be ordering for their friends and family. 1 person even asked if they could make an investment in the company. I Would recommend for anyone as a treat to yourself, friends or family with lots of flavours to choose from!!

These cookies are AMAZING. Sarah is very responsive and all my cookie deliveries have arrived within 24 hours through the letterbox. When I had a specific request Sarah went above and beyond to understand what I wanted and to add a personal touch. Not to mention they taste incredible! You won’t be able to resist eating the whole box in one go. My birthday cookie was still melt in the mouth a week later, not that my guests left me very much!
