This business is irresponsible and now unresponsive. They make very expensive custom controllers. Back in February of 2018 I ordered an XboxOne controller as a gift and it took 3-4 months to get to me after constantly emailing them and asking for a tracking number. I initially paid for the expedited shipping, but it was never honored. When it finally arrived we used it twice for no more than an hour each. The paint began to run together and two of the buttons LEDs lights got extremely hot and then stopped working altogether. When I contacted them to ask if it was still under warranty they told me to send it back for repairs. It is now September and they have completely stopped replying to my emails and phone calls. I have asked for my controller back or a refund but they will not oblige.
Do not waste your money here!
