If I could give -10 I would. This is the worst company in the world.
I ordered 25.03.2025. FROM CROATIA (order number 250324001451) and paid with my credit card and then I had to pay one more time when the package arrived.
I asked for a money prefund but never got it, nor the answer nor refund....

I placed my order 2520318121919 more than 10 days ago, shipment time was 3/5 days.
Not an email or an alert about delay and then I read the reviews.
I’m going to contact my lawyer.

I placed the order no 250504142822 and I wasn't receivd any notification regarding the status of the order, I tried calling the numbers provided by the site but no one answered.

Update:
I received the order a few days ago, There was a delay of a few days, But in the end things were resolved. The products are of good quality, I have been using them for some time and the results are visible, if they are applied constantly.

My order hasn’t arrived yet and I do not have any information on its tracking. I should have read the poor reviews on Trustpilot.

My order was delivered WRONG - I reached out to the support but I get no response ! DONT ORDER - complete waste of money !!

I ordered the tight and slim set and started using the anti cellulite cream. I have used it for 2 weeks with a suction cup and i already see results, it's amazing! The products smell very nice, you can smell the oils in them. The delivery was a little longer than i expected, but all is good.
I use the booster 9 for excess fat when i workout and i can feel how it's working - turns the skin a bit red, but doesn't hurt.

No information regarding delivery or tracking number .. Iv contacted my bank for a refund and said this is fraud.. hopefully I can get my money back

one star because it is not possible none!!!
Booster number 6 ordered. After a number if emails and a negative rewievs they send the Trio: I do need this!!!
I write and write and write: they finally answr: after 2 months again they send the useless (for me) Trio!!!

Take your money and don’t deliver goods! I ordered start of feb order number 250210171503 emailed to say not received 2 weeks later to be told there was a delay and order had now been shipped also offered a discount code for next order! Here we are almost end of March and still nothing! What a loss of £30

Terrible delivery and packaging and wrong products. Have tried to call and emailed twice and no response. I paid £70 for the wrong order!!!

I received this yesterday. I ordered on 01/03/25 so the delivery was longer than anticipated however, I emailed for an update and received a response back within 2 days explaining the delay and then a further response when my item had been delivered. This place isn’t a scam but definitely could do to amend their delivery timescale promise as it seems they have a back log and then a back log of emails to get through too.

These products are amazing! Based on every other cosmetic I've used, Jorjea exceeds my expectations!

Wish I’d looked at these reviews before ordering. It is a scam. I didn’t get my product nor did anyone reply to my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Placed an order on 24/02 with 3-5 working days delivery. Item has never arrived, I have chased them but nobody has ever come back to me.
Please be aware

It’s been over 10 days now and still haven’t received my order . I sent them emails but didn’t get a response back . I want a refund or the products . I can see it’s not only happening to me but many more others . I’ll wait a bit and take this to ticktok I’m an influencer and I’ll ruin their name if I don’t get my product or refund!!

Terrible people terrible company claim how amazing they are online but never actually follow through!!! So annoyed ordered a product paid extra for quicker delivery and nothing just the one confirmation email. I’ve emailed twice, I just shouldn’t be the one doing the chasing I’ve paid for a service provide one !!?? You say on peoples reviews on here that you’ve ran out of stock so why don’t be courteous and send people an email and tell them, whilst offering them either money off or better still a full refund if they’ve paid for faster delivery. It really isn’t that difficult
