Recently acquired a new set of golf clubs and a bag from The Completegolfer, all for a reasonable price. My order was delivered the next day as scheduled. Although a stand bag was initially sent instead of a cart bag, they quickly rectified the mistake with an exchange within a day, and the replacement arrived as promised. The service from The Completegolfer has left me thoroughly impressed. If they stock what you need, there's no reason to shop elsewhere. Outstanding service. Thank you.

I ordered a set of hedgehog winter wheel rims for my MotorCaddy push trolley but when they arrived, they were too big.

I rang customer help and spoke to a very helpful gentleman (Alexander?) and explained the situation. He advised that the rims fitted every MotorCaddy trolley except one model, which just happened to be mine! In fairness, the website did state this but I had missed it.

I was advised that I could return the hedgehog wheels but Alexander(?) further advised that he thought they could get me some that would fit and to leave it with him.

A short while later I received a call and was advised that they could replace them with ones that would fit and that they would ship them out and collect the original ones.

I have just received the replacements ( next day delivery) and they fit perfectly and the originals have been collected to return to their depot.

Brilliant customer service! I will definitely use this company again.

Great service from Stephen and the Complete Golfer. As ever, advice was excellent and service exemplary - my son's birthday present arrived on time and he's absolutely delighted with his new SM8 Jet Black Vokey wedge.

Simply the best on every part of the game, stock balls, gloves, trolley's shoes, clubs, the available clothing is modern and the choice is amazing. Club fitting (at Moor Park) is excellent, professional amazing amount of shafts to try and great advice on the final choice. The club ordering (by Steven Brownsea) is fast and accurate, shipment by the warehouse is amazing all the goods are packed with care and delivery options are perfect, even when you live in the EU(continent). So if you want something golf related swing by in their shop or order online with no worries at all.

I recently had a club fitting at the swing studio with David and wanted to record my thanks and appreciation for the great experience. Having not had a club fitting for several years it was refreshing to receive unbiased, data led feedback across a range of products that led me to purchase a driver that is a great match for my game and already helping lower my scores.

Thanks also to Austin at the shop who was able to arrange for the driver & collection within a matter of minutes of the fit - so all round a great experience and highly recommended

What a golf shop! They stock everything and anything a golfer needs. Shoes and clothes in a variety of sizes, gadgets and gizmo’s by their thousands and every make of club under the sun. If they don’t have it they will get it for you.

The actual shop is like an Aladdin’s cave of golfing joy, it’s hard to get out of there without buying something! They go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I bought my last set of irons with them, I had a slight problem at the manufacturers end and they sorted it for me.

They always go above and beyond. A brilliant shop.

I've been using The Complete Golfer for over 20 years and they are just the best golf shop to deal with.
They offer great prices, have a huge variety of clubs and if they haven't got something they'll get it in. What sets them apart though is their customer service which is second to none.
I've spent more money than I care to admit and thankfully have only had a very small number of problems but when I have they just sort it all out with the minimum of fuss.
Those of you used to dealing with American Golf give them a try and you won't go back!

First time I have ever had dealings with this Company....bought a Callaway UproGo and received a competitive price, along with a Cart Holder at a reduced price. They arranged for 24 Hour Deliver at no extra charge and was as good as their word....goods arrived the following day via Courier. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and look forward to doing further business with them in the future.
