Good quality linens. Shipping was accurate and medium speed, acceptable. I wish they could keep prices down, but I understand that quality is what we're willing to trade money for! (This review was not "unprompted" as the site claims; after my purchase I received an email asking me to review. Which I did. I think the term they are looking for is "uncompensated," which is absolutely was. no one gave me anything, and this is my real opinion.)

Color Doesn't Match
I purchased a bed set back in April that I absolutely love. So much so that I bought a second set recently. However I am saddened to say that despite being labelled the same color, "olive green", they are most definitely not the same. I understand that batches can vary but the flat sheet I received in my recent order is much more of a sage green than olive toned. Especially next to my true olive green set I previously bought! While I love my sheets, I have to say you apparently need to buy duplicate sets at the same time if you want them to match.

The reason for a 3 instead of 5 is the Hawaii shipping penalty assessed by The Company Store. Hey, we are part of the U.S. so why should we pay a shipping penalty? Nice Products, Eroded Trust
I originally intended to keep most of my order, but the experience changed my mind.
I ordered matching bedding items, including white and slate blue comforters from the same product line. The labels and specifications matched except for color, but the blue comforter was visibly thinner and weighed 390 grams less than the white comforter. That is a material difference, not a preference issue.
Customer service was polite and eventually resolved the return fee issue, but the overall process felt unnecessarily difficult. The advertised 25% off promotion appeared primarily designed to collect email addresses and phone numbers; it did not reduce my final order total at all. The site search does not surface many lower-cost products, making the catalog feel curated toward higher-priced items. The return process also treated a documented product inconsistency like a standard customer-preference return. Under the “Rest Easy Guarantee,” returns are charged $4.50 per item returned.
The issue is not just one defective item. The overall experience reduced my confidence in The Company Store. I returned the blue items and do not plan to order again.

Quality vs quantity
Quality of the products is amazing. I love everything cotton percale because I'm a very hot sleeper. The discounts and sales are great, too. I knocked one star off because availability of items is hit or miss. It's hard for me to buy a complete bed set in the size I need because matching items are usually out of stock.

I bought the pintuck 1½ yrs ago. I wanted a lighter weighing quilt and I called. The lady who helped me was able to look up their gross weights and I bought the viola which weighs about one 1½ pounds less. It's easier to wash in the machine. It's comfortable. Good quality. I love it.

Lovely color and soft
I bought yellow towels, and was very happy when I saw their color. The towels seem very nice (I haven’t started using them). Do be aware that you want to launder them separately, at least to start. I unthinkingly threw in a couple of old white towels and they are now off-white/pale yellow. That's on me, but I still decided to deduct 1 star.

Mats are too Thick.
The mats I ordered arrived in a timely manner and looked just as I wanted until I put one on our back porch door. The mat was so thick that it was difficult to open the door, so I am unable to use it there.

Over the years I have always had great experiences buying from the The Company Store….until now! Purchased via a FB ad; what I thought were really cute bath/hand towels. Received them promptly - but was gobsmacked at the poor quality of them. I contacted Customer Service via email to request a return and refund and their intent is to make the return process so cumbersome and costly to me - why am I charged a fee for each item returned due to their poor product quality?
