Pretty sure it is a scam by now, ordered 4 pair of shorts in July sometime and havnt received them yet. Not sure though since a few people said they received theirs eventually? What pisses me off is I can't find those shorts anywhere else, that and getting scammed of course.

Not even 1 star. Complete scam and prolly made a million $$$ selling them. Never received and they will not answer emails. So mad at myself for not checking reviews first

Beware! This company is a scam. After over 1 month, still no shorts but did have a tracking # and post office did not deliver because they said it was a scam package. I wish i read the reviews before I ordered!! I would give zero stars if it was an option. Funny, I’m not seeing the countless FB ads anymore!

I placed an order on behalf of my grandson on August 2nd. No feedback other to take my money. I found out that Comfy is nothing more than a drop shipper with no role other than take your money and place an order and then they are over and out. No feedback other than sketchy China Post tracking posts and the product still hasn't been received. Other feedback would suggest if there is a problem with the order - tough luck

I ordered two pairs that took forever to arrive. I emailed customer service after about a month to get an update on shipping and surprisingly they showed up soon after. They did not fit and I needed to return but so tried to contract customer service. I experienced same as other reviews. No customer service or response from email or phone number. Very upsetting!!! DO NOT ORDER its a scam.

I wish I had looked at reviews before buying these shorts! I had ordered different sizes for my daughter as we were unsure what size she needed after having a baby. Took a month to get them. She kept 3 pair and after one washing they are falling apart. The 3 pair I need to return are still sitting in my house despite 3 emails (no replies received) and 2 phone calls (had to leave messages as no one answers). As others said, I would leave 0 stars if that was an option!

Ordered these august 5, 2023, they removed the money from my account, no shipping information, no shorts, and no refund. I’d give zero stars if possible

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. They have not fulfilled the order and has been 11 days since I placed it. No answer on phone calls and no reply to my emails.

Ordered 3 pair of shorts July 3rd, sent numerous emails, no one has ever returned or replied, called number on website, not a working number. Received 2 pair of shorts August 7th, absolutely disappointed, not as described or shown in advertisements, very poor quality material, white shorts are see through. Absolute ripoff!!!

Shipping took 5 weeks, thought I was never getting them lol .. bought 2 pair, white and blue … website says size for medium is 6/8 but on the package when I finally got them say 4!!! They kinda fit bc stretchy but not comfortably…the white ones are paper thin, you can see right through them I’ll never wear them looks like I’m wearing Nothing … the blue is more teal, doesn’t look anything like the website shorts … will never buy again, tried to call the number on the site and it just beeps … not option to return … they came from China

Ordered shorts on 5/26/23...it is now August and I have yet to receive my order. I have sent numerous emails and left voicemails and have received no response.

I ordered 6-1-23 it’s now 7-31-23, I received an order # but nothing else since, I’ve called 6 times left 6 voicemails no response! Ive sent 2 emails no response, it’s says on the website you will get a response in 24/48 hours later..nothing!!! But rest assured they took my money on the day I purchased 6-1-23!!!

Would leave no stars if possible. Shorts ordered on 6/25 and received 7/29 - past their 30 days from purchase return policy! Shorts are not as described. Listing shows nice blend of rayon, cotton, poly (small amount of poly - who wants to wear plastic in summer??) and spandex. First, did not receive the length purchased and shorts were 95% poly, 5% spandex - in other words plastic. Horrible. No return policy to speak of. Company takes no responsibility for providing items as described. Purchase from them at your own risk!!

Ordered my shorts on 7/12/23. Received a confirmation email with an order number and nothing else. I have emailed twice, no response, but I am still getting promotional emails. I had checked this site out on another rating site and it looked fine...should have come here first! Do not order from them, this is screaming fraud.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My order was confirmed with a wrong size for 1 item. Tried emailing and calling to correct this before shipping. No luck. Absolutely no response. When shorts were delivered I returned the product to the address on shipping label. Today I checked the UPS tracking # onlh to find out its being returned to ME! Paid $12.47 to ship back. Also the quality of these shorts is appaling. The white pair is completely transparent. TOTAL FRAUD!!

Total fraud. They took my money and never sent the product. They sent a tracking number, but it was not legit. I sent multiple emails but they will not respond. The phone number they provide does not work. I placed the order on 5/10/23 and have been attempting to reach them but cannot. Don’t waste your money here, because they took my money!

COMPLETE FRAUD! Order placed 7/1/2023; Money taken from account 7/1/2020; Order confirmation rec'd 7/1/2023. SINCE THEN ... RADIO SILENCE. Emails return as undeliverable .. no one answers phone. BUT ... still receiving promotional emails everyday. I want an immediate refund.
7/27/UPDATE: rec'd correspondence thru paypal that order has shipped (after I told them to cancel the order) and that it will take 2-4 weeks at least to be delivered. NO THANK YOU! CROOKS!
