I’m a big fan of Coachflix
I joined TCM because I’m a big fan of Liam’s and Lewis’s podcast so I really wanted to try out the content they offer in Coachflix (monthly subscription). I wasn’t disappointed! They offer a great value (I’m a newbie to coaching world so the business content and coaching demos are my absolute favourite!).
I also had a coaching (or should I say mentoring) session with Natalia, which was great. At the end Natalia offered me a place in a course which I had to refuse as I’m not in a position to invest in it right now. Despite this she shared some tips with me which I tried out immediately and made first business contacts 😀!!!

Really disappointing
Really disappointing. I thought this would be useful info to get me on the coaching ladder. Don't get me wrong, my expectations weren't that high having spent 25 years as a senior manager, but oh boy, I wasn't expecting secondary school level tuition by a bunch of kids and a certificate that holds less value than my 10m breaststroke achievement.
Some of the information was interesting, but overall, it was just another tacky MLM program with a desperation to get you to sign up to a so called accreditation costing ££££'s that nobody recognised, if you want to become a business coach, or any other coach for that matter, go study with a legitimate training school and get a "recognised" qualification to avoid massive disappointment. I am still waiting for a refund and if not received I shall be taking further action.

Fake Refund Policy
They advertise a "14 day no quibble money back guarantee" but when we tried to exercise this they refused and said their website was wrong! This indicates a lack of integrity and truthworthiness which is disappointing for a coaching business.

The problem is that what you have said below about the website is false advertising, which invalidates the contract, and is also against coaching integrity and ethics. You can't retrospectively change advertised terms.

Best impulsive decision of my life
Full disclosure: I only went for a nosy around after seeing the Netflix documentary because the idea of coaching fascinated me.
My friend told me I needed a coach not a therapist after I complained to her that I feel like I wasted my money and my time with counselling, so how fortuitous that I decided to watch this documentary just a few weeks later.
Honestly, I was sceptical. I don't have the personal acuity or professional qualifications to be a coach, so let me just watch this Coachflix business while reading my book.
Boy was I wrong. For a start, the immense value you get just from the £10 Coachflix membership is astonishing. The introduction to coaching certification will teach you everything you need to take the first steps and just maybe think about doing this for real. No spoilers, but you do not in fact have to have all the answers to everything ever.
The actual hang on my brain just evacuated my head, did a trip to the Bahamas and has come back a new person bit for me was the NLP certification, also included as part of your Coachflix membership.
As someone who, admittedly, is a pessimist and has read just about every self enhancement book that has ever existed, I was sceptical. Basically pressed play on the first video with a sneer and an eye roll.
Again, I was so, so wrong. By the end of the course I was angry. Not at TCM but at myself for basically overcomplicating actually helping myself, for my entire life. I tried some of the techniques on myself and it's infuriating that something that seems so very simple had such an immediate and massive effect.
Honestly, if I could sign up for all their courses right this minute, I would. Pity I'm not rich (yet)
The amount of frankly ridiculous for the price value I got just out of Coachflix is beyond words. I'm keeping that subscription in my annual new years cull of useless things that add nothing to my life, this stays, for sure, forever.
We all want value for our money, we want everything we want because we think it will make us feel better. I absolutely promise you, this actually will.
If you want to give yourself your best chance of utilising the compound effect of investing a little time and money now to see massive returns in future, please take this as your sign to join TCM. Thank me later

Lied to keep my money
Recently Lewis Raymond Taylor of the coaching masters held a red carpet event for his new Netflix documentary. I was invited to this event and bought 2 tickets to go along.
Unfortunately a family issue arose and I was unable to attend, I contacted TCM to get the tickets refunded as the event hadn't happened at this point and thought I could obtain a refund.
I had a reply from TCM stating they could not offer a refund, something that was not made aware to me at the time of purchase. I didn't accept this and contacted my bank to make a dispute.
My bank contacted TCM about this dispute and completely lied about the situation. They informed my bank that I did not contact them first to sort this issue (I have now sent the emails to my bank to prove I had) they also stated they run a 14 refund period, well I did contact you within the 14 days.
They are very quick to take your money and will try and get you to part with your money within very pushy sales calls, but if you need it back, they will fight, lie and cover everything up to keep hold of it.
What's more, TCM contacted me a day or two before the event to ask if I was attending. They then sold on the seats again! So not only did they want to keep hold of my money, the made money again on the same seats, seems like some of the things being said about Lewis in the media are very true.
I will carry on proving to my bank that TCM lied about what happened and once concluded I will how as many people as possible, and expose the statement they wrote proving the lies. Avoid this company at all costs.

However, it's important to note that the event you attended was a separate occasion and not connected to our courses, however our T&C’s cover any purchases that are made via our platform.
We have policies in place to not only protect our customers but to protect ourselves as a business, and like many events similar to our Netflix Premier you would not have the option to cancel your ticket and get a refund.
Lewis also advised that if you would not be able to attend you would be more than welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else during the live launch of the premier within The Coaching Masters Facebook Community which you can find here at 46:44: https://www.facebook.com/100014614787954/videos/1405777243706257/
Whilst we did make you aware you were unable to cancel and get a refund as requested, we did give you the option to sell your tickets to someone else, whether within the community or outside the community, this option was provided to all customers in the same position as yourself and they were able to sell the tickets on.
We would also like to reassure you that your tickets were not sold on by ourselves, we had a strict guest list and we needed to ensure we had all the names of of our guests who were attending, and as you had previously made us aware you weren’t able to come, we wanted to make sure your plans hadn’t changed and that our guest list was correct and up to date.
You are more than welcome to continue speaking with your bank and we highly recommend you do this, however we must note any chargeback requests are strictly against our T & C's.
We pride ourselves on fairness, and treating our customers the same, as you can imagine, if we refunded you and not the next customer, this would not be fair on either party.
We would also like to note that if someone is dissatisfied with a particular course, or there is another reason they feel that their experience has been disrupted at the fault of The Coaching Masters, we do not engage in deceptive practices to retain the payment and we will always work with the customer to ensure a resolution is made.

This Accreditation especially has helped me many times over since completing it. Has helped me through a burnout in Feb 2023 (caused by nursing role), changing of careers as well as the ignition to stop settling for less. Have met some amazing people with life changing experiences who want to help others as well as a great customer service support team especially Sarah. The Coaching Master course are well organised in their course content, assessments and with life access, modules have a wealth of information and tools to use.
I've been to university, I'm a nurse, served in the army reserves and a holistic therapist practitioner and the fact is, that like any other training you have to put in the work, the effort and have the passion to want to achieve the goals. TCM gives you the foundation to do that. My burn out was caused by me giving 150% in a career that under values, underpays and refuses to change its culture. The coaching course skills can be applied to your present job, future job/volunteering as well as your business. Nobody teaches you to be a coach in nursing but my natural instincts and skills has been enhanced with the coaching skills I've learnt and now applied to my colleagues and students issues/situations with great outcomes as well as with my holistic clients. Unethical MLM
A colleague of mine paid a whopping £4000 for two coaching seminars with this company and has been harassed via email, text and phone to pay more money for more "essential" training and to recruit more potential coaches ever since. In short, it is structured entirely like an MLM. A total scam.
A very easy Google shows this company has been dissolved and is not trading legitimately. I called to enquire about this and was shouted at very aggressively and hung up on, which did nothing to aid my concerns. I then commented on their Instagram account to see if I would get a better response that way and was instantly blocked (within 30 seconds!). Do not trust the positive reviews or comments because they are clearly heavily policing them. I smell a huge rat.

Cancelled my subscription on the 25th of September at 09:37 (I have the screenshot from within their app to prove.
Yet here we are on the 6th October and they’re taking another payment.
Pressure selling tantamount to hounding, inbox bombing with emails.
Sadly for me the whole setup lacks authenticity and doesn’t endear me to them. Hence my cancelling membership after 19 days.

Great, high quality teaching
The content taught in both the Accreditation and NLP courses is deep and rich and the teachers Liam and Lewis deliver the content at eye level and in a way that is both clear (no cryptic language!)and absolute fun to follow. The workshop facilitators Bonnie and Christina make sure to make you feel like you've really got this, creating an environment where it's safe to ask questions, but also open up about topics like fear and self doubt. Training with TCM has not only given me solid tools to coach others, but also helped me work on my own mindset and I've gained the confidence to believe in myself as a coach. Highly recommended - can't fault them!
I first signed up with The Coaching Masters 18 months ago, and I'm currently completing my third course with them. I just want to say that the quality of the training I've received from TCM has been second to none and the customer service fantastic, especially when I recently had to take a break from my studies due to a health scare - nothing has ever been too much trouble! It's been as much an intense personal development journey as it has been training, to the point that I feel like a different person entirely to when I first joined, feeling so confident and on the verge of finally launching my own coaching business - I have no doubt whatsoever that I'll make a success of it, not least because of the incredible support network I've been able to build for myself as an entrepeneur through the connections I've made through TCM. I really can't recommend the company highly enough, if you want to train as a coach - this is the company who will help you become the best coach you could hope to be!
