The product is good but the trigger is not fit for purpose as it brakes easily usually after the product half empty. This is why I have only marked it with 4 stars. Have tried speaking to proctor & gamble the number on the web page redirected me to another free number in Greece obviously the person comprehension of English is not good. Makes me think p&g do not genuinely want feedback

Absolutely hands down the best customer service i have ever received.
I emailed on a Sunday and got a response straight away! I highly recommend the products not only as a professional cleaner but to anyone! The claddy is unlike any other cleaning bag I've used.

There was a problem with delivery that was the responsibility of the courier, yet Mark at the Cleaning Collective chased it up promptly and the parcel was successfully delivered the following day. In fact, without going into details for confidential reasons, I personally felt it was the most open and honest communication I've ever had with any business or organisation. It was one of just a few occasions in my life when I didn't feel that I was being treated like just another customer, but as a real human being. Very refreshing.
