The price is more than justified
Analog look and feel can't be emulated on digital. However, this is the closest you will ever get. In addition to the quality presets, these also save you time and help streamline your post-processing sessions. And if you're not satisfied with the pre-defined look, you can still drag sliders around to make fine adjustments and get the look you're looking for.

Purchasing presets at the classics presets is a good experience as you can see what you will get through the images. The website is clear in its explanations, the prices are fair and you get good quality products (which is not always the case with these products).

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service - do not buy!! I have had issues downloading the presets into Lightroom. I’ve emailed multiple times seeking support and no one will respond. This means I can’t even use the presets and have essentially wasted my money. I know the email address is valid because they responded when I had a query prior to purchasing. However since I’ve purchased, no one will assist. Very disappointing and frustrating.
