Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed – Humiliating Experience at ClarksInn Suites Jaipur
We had an extremely frustrating and humiliating experience at ClarksInn Suites Jaipur. Despite booking 2 rooms for 2 nights, the staff failed to provide towels in one of the rooms. Shockingly, later they accused us of stealing the very towels they forgot to keep!
We were asked to open and show all our luggage in the lobby in front of other guests to prove we hadn't taken anything. Nothing was found, of course – but the damage was done. This level of mistrust and humiliation is unacceptable, especially for paying guests.
To make it worse, we had also paid for an extra night (₹6000) just to avoid traffic during our evening departure. We even cut short our 2-night booking at Radisson Blu to stay here, thinking a hotel charging over ₹3,000 per night would provide a decent experience. But instead, we were treated like criminals – all for a ₹300 towel that was never even in the room to begin with!
Be cautious – there seems to be a lady staff member who tries to falsely accuse guests of theft, possibly to extract charges or meet some internal target. Absolutely shameful and unprofessional.
Would never recommend this hotel. There are far better options in Jaipur that treat their guests with dignity.
