I ordered my cheese well in advance for Christmas Eve. I was very disappointed that I did not receive my order. As this order was for Christmas presents i had no gifts to give family and friends. Caused a lot of stress and very disappointing.

Unfortunately, part of the order was missed due to a packing error. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we issued a full refund for the entire order as an apology and offered to send the missing items after Christmas.
This is not the experience we ever want our customers to have, particularly at such an important time of year, and we truly regret letting you down. Your feedback has been shared with our packing team to help prevent this happening again.

Great cheese, shame about delivery
This is the 4th year running I’ve ordered from cheese geek.
This year I ordered 2 hampers, one for both sets of parents as a Christmas gift for Christmas Day cheeseboards.
Unfortunately only one hamper got delivered and I was told that it was too late to get another hamper sent to me in time for Christmas. Obviously very disappointing service but would it put me off shopping with the again …. Probably not as the cheese is really good.

Couldn’t get the message right …
The message with the gift to my sister was addressed to someone else from a totally different person. I had to explain it was from me. And all I received from Cheese Geek was an apology with 20% discount on next order. As if I would.

Bought as a gift for delivery and the 3 is based on the missed delivery date and cheese arriving in not best gift giving state.
Products arrived a day later and wet and messy from the ice pouch been damaged in transit. Not a best start for a gift.

Ordered in advance - easy to do. Was kept up to date with delivery details and arrived at the time specified - well packaged and kept cool.
