So going to the cheesecake factory on today, December 7 and my mom and sister ordered two chicken sliders. They came out like two kids have fixed them. A dinner roll sliced in half with a chicken tend... See more

Given shellfish while having an allergy
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD
Last night, my husband and I went to dine at The Cheesecake Factory's Easton location Columbus Ohio. Upon entering and being seated, our waiter simply asked what we wanted to drink without a proper greeting or introduction. After bringing our drinks, we ordered appetizers and sought her recommendations, which she provided rudely. When she returned with our appetizers and inquired if we were ready to order, I mentioned my shellfish allergy and asked if the shrimp could be removed from the pasta and replaced with extra chicken, to which she agreed without issue. My husband attempted to exchange his sweet tea for a Sprite, finding it not sweet enough, but she walked away mid-conversation. I interjected, asking for her attention, as she retorted she begin to say we weren't her only priority she has other customers besides us, and she does not have the time for this. I restrained myself and requested another waiter to summon the manager. I relayed our experience to the manager, who acknowledged her busyness but offered no excuse and asked what I wished him to do. I requested a waiter who could afford our time. The new waiter was phenomenal, completely altering the atmosphere with her was outstanding service. As our meals arrived, my husband jokingly offered to taste my dish first to ensure my safety, given the previous waiter's attitude. I had already taken a bite when the manager rushed over, urgently warning me not to eat it upon realizing my shellfish allergy stating the base that was used contained clam chowder. At that point, my tongue began to swell, and my throat felt immediately clogged. My husband started to panic, asking if I had my EpiPen. Since I had recently changed purses, I did not have it. Fortunately, another couple dining with us had one, and I was able to receive an emergency dose. I am extremely upset with the level of customer service we received; feeling unwanted and burdensome is unacceptable. The waiter's poor attitude and lack of customer service was life-threatening to me. I have nothing positive to say about this establishment. It seems intentional, and I should never be silenced about terrible customer service out of fear of receiving something harmful. This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we will not be returning. I can't help but wonder if the customer service would have been different had they known I am a physician.
Below average food for the price
Below average food for the price. I am now only going there strictly for the cheesecake. Visited the location near the Mall of Georgia and they overcooked the fried shrimp and would not correct it.
Disappointed experience
Disappointed experience. I ordered the shrimp scampi that I have had many times in the past. No garlic cloves whatsoever. Prices have gone up but the quality has gone down. My husband's cobb salad had brown lettuce. Manager gave us cheesecake on the house which took too long to get to us and we didn't really want the cheesecake, so all in all an expensive meal that we didn't enjoy. We won't be back after coming here for decades. The waiter did a good job but everything else was subpar. Too pricey for what you get.
Horrible experience today
Horrible experience today! Front glass door was boarded up and looked horrible! The restaurant was extremely dirty with no air conditioning as well as 6 flys swarming around our food..a 93 food rating and dead flys on our table. Cheesecake Factory..what is going on???!!
Discrimination big time
Cheesecake Factory in Southlake has the most rudes customer service including the manager! The food was brought to us cold after we sat there for about 20 mins the waiter totally ignored our table, knowing we were waiting to be served and then he finally after he got his hair out of his ass and ask us if we needed anything else- we told him we weren’t happy with our food and he got attitude with us because of what we told him about our food the manager seem like she didn’t care ! She didnt even offer to redo our meals ! For that reason we will not return / plus she refuses to give us a cheesecake for half off we had to be a member so we become members still no dessert! Discrimination big time !
Food and service good
The food was good! My husband had Gumbo and he loved it. I always enjoy their grilled chicken avocado sandwich. And the decadent cheesecake of course. Good attentive service. We’ll be back.
Very expensive and rubbish food
it was ok
Ngl, their fried zucchini sticks and chicken salad are a total letdown - the zucchini's drowning in greasy breading, and the salad's giving major "meh" vibes with its flavorless chicken and sad greens. If you're looking for a solid meal that won't break the 'gram or your taste buds, you might wanna skip these and peep the rest of the menu instead.
We ate delicious food and it was…
We ate delicious food and it was recommended by Rupi( the waitress name) we really really like it and she treated us very friendly
Awful service and 1 hour waiting time…
Awful service and 1 hour waiting time even though there was a lot of tables free.
My husbands food was fine but mine had…
My husbands food was fine but mine had to be returned. I ordered Shepards Pie. It looked great when it arrived but after eating past the mashed potatoes I realized how greasy it was. I don’t know if they used cheap hamburger or put it in raw but it had pools of grease and was greasy all around the potatoes on top. When I sat my fork in it, the grease was easy to see. Sad, because I don’t get there very often.
Over priced microwaved chicken on my salad.
I had lunch at the cheesecake factory in the Christiana mall in Newark Delaware last weekend. We got there at the lunch rush, unfortunately the table, they tried to put us at look like a four top and not deuce. We are so close to the people next to us that we could barely squeeze into the table, and I was almost touching elbows with the person next to me. All they had to do was move one table over to accommodate both tables more comfortably.
I ordered the Santa Fe chicken salad that boasted of marinated chicken, but when it came to me, it was poached, tough and had no flavor. I changed the dressing to ranch and I don’t believe I got ranch. It had a very sweet taste. My salad was way too heavy on the lettuce. I had to dig and move things around to find the other ingredients. My dining companion enjoyed her Asian salad, but also said the chicken was poached and tasteless.
Moving on to the cheesecake, I got the low-carb low-fat cheesecake with strawberries. The cheesecake itself was delicious but the strawberries, if you can call them that, came in a condiment cup that you would find readily available at any fast food restaurant and there was not even one full strawberry in it. This was a diabetic, but the strawberries were sugared and cut into tiny pieces so it looked like there were more in the cup. I was charged a $1.00 for this when I questioned the waitress she said “oh I noticed that let me go see about it”, went in the back, came out with another cup and procedure to tell me that they weigh the strawberries now, so that’s how much you get. Combining both cups of strawberries into one did not even fill the cup to the top. Usually when you serve fruit with a dessert, the fruit is spread on top of and around the cheesecake. The service was subpar, drinks served without straws, and when she was serving the deuce next to us instead of serving them from the other side of the table where she had more room, she came to our side of their table and had her rear end in our faces.
Worst experience ever. Shame on you cheesecake factory for your overpriced, subpar salad.
Don’t get the seared tuna salad.
I have always had a good meal at the Cheesecake Factory. My favorite was Sesred Tuna Tataki.
Today it was no longer on the menu
So I tried the seared Tuna Salad
Big salad but the seared tuna was about 3”x2”. I have never seen a piece of fish that small. Plus, the price was $27.50. I basically paid for lettuce & tomato.
Why did you change it to cheesecake…
Why did you change it to cheesecake wipcreame? It's very bad. Bring it back to original cream.
JULY 4TH 2024 VISIT
ON JULY 4TH 2024 ME AND MY MOM DECIDED TO GO TO CHEESECAKE FACTORY IN ST LOUIS GALLERIA, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OK. THE FOOD, LET ME SAY I PAID $85 FOR DAY OLD, MICROWAVED FOOD. THE FRIED MAC BALLS WERE GOOD, THE WINGS WAS A DAY OLD AND DRY, FRIED MUSHROOMS SMALLER THAN A DIME AND BURNT, THE THAI LETTUCE WRAP HAD GRILL CHICKEN ABOUT 1/2 INCH LONG WITH ALL THAT LETTUCE. THE EGG ROLLS WERE OK. AFTER LETTING THEM KNOW, THEY DID NOT OFFER A SLICE OF SLICE CAKE, A PERCENTAGE OFF THE BILL, ALL THEY HAD TO OFFER WAS AN EMAIL APOLOGY. NOT EVEN A HERE'S A % OFF YOUR NEXT VISIT OR GIFT CARD. THIS IS SAD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IN MY FIELD OF HOSPITALITY AT LEAST I WOULD OFFER MY GUEST A BREAKFAST OF DRINK. SO SAD
Went to restaurant after a proposal
Went to restaurant after a proposal, Chandlier, AZ. Called 2 weeks prior, but was told they did not take reservation's. Called early in the day, and person confirmed there was no reservations or waitlist, I was told to come in an hour before wanting to eat to put name in. We had a party of 23! Got to restaurant at 7pm hoping to get seated around 8pm. Manager said it would be a 2.5-3 hour wait. There was 2 large parties ahead of us. After waiting an hour manager came to me and said 2 of the larger parties “canceled” ( canceled what, I’m not sure since they don’t take reservations) and that it would be 30-40 minutes. She said once 1/2 our party was present for me to let her know and they would seat us. Never saw that manager again. I let the hostess know 1/2 our party was present, and she said it’s still going to be awhile. Our entire party arrived and we ended up waiting another hour. When we addressed the “new” manager, she was rude and unprofessional. Georgina was her name, she proceeded to tells us they don’t seat parties of 23, waitress Zoey was also extremely rude. Refusing to seat us. After waiting 2.5 hours. No customer service and very unprofessional.

Dogs don’t belong in a restaurant
Dogs don’t belong in a restaurant! It was not a service dog and not well trained as it barked at customers and pulled excessively on leash. To top that off we got ignored by the wait staff after we were finally seated in a not busy restaurant. Even worse when we arrived back to our room I called the manager and got belittled for not complaining to him in person but he also passed us several times just sitting at a table waiting to be greeted by anyone. Will definitely think twice before returning to that establishment.
Went to the Galeria Mall Cheesecake…
Went to the Galeria Mall Cheesecake restaurant this afternoon. Used to love this place but lately the food seems sub par. Ordered my usual and the dish was too salty and the chicken was clearly boiled and had no flavor. I've tried other dishes at other Cheesecake Factory restaurants and they all seem like there's no care in making the food anymore. What happened? Please go back to the way you used to care about how the customer felt after eating your food. Most of us would like that.
Rude employe
I was at cheesecake factory on Ventura blvd today to purchase a cheesecake and came across with a employee who was more interested to be a cashier than a helpful employee ,I chose at first a strawberry cake but thought what if I get different slices of cheesecake?cause I didn’t bring my glasses with me I asked her to name the 🍰,but apparently she wasn’t into helping her customers,I realized that pieces were more expensive so I went back to hole cake around that time another employee nameMegan was passing by and she overheard that I couldn’t see and needed help she approached me kindly and names all the cheesecake slices for me (I even tipped her for that) now I hear the original rude Alexis is talking about me with other employees I was shocked on her behavior,I told her that her custumer service style is minus zero and she had a nerve to tell me that at she will refuse to sell me a cheesecake??????she either had a issue with European people or she forgot her meds, spoke to area manager later that day named Coco she was lovely and promised that she will bring correction with the rude employee …,
