Exceptional and stunning

Exceptional and stunning! We arrived and were greeted with a smile. Seamless checking in and directed to room. Room beautifully decorated, large bed and spacious bathroom. Complimentary coffee, tea and a box of Milktray chocolates! What a wonderful stay.
Breakfast was abundant with different things to tantalise one to eat a good breakfast before setting out to the wonderful streets surrounding The Charm.
Everything you could possibly want is within a 3 minute walk. We walked to Brighton pier within 7 minutes, passing lovely restaurants and pubs on the way. We unfortunately missed out on using the spa or getting a massage as we were exhausted but will definitely the next time we stay.
The Charm is more than just charming, it’s an experience to remember. We will be back soon.

A charming little gem

Completely forgot to write this on here now that I have stayed twice!
Great little place. Paid £100 for two with breakfast on booking.com, 2nd time got a nice discount from the manager and got a queen size room for £250 for 3 of us.

The room we had was at the highest floor- be aware there is no lift! So if you are disabled or struggle up the stairs- this is NOT the place for you. The room was cosy, had a fan, some coffee and tea. The breakfast was really lovely, eggs Royale was top notch and fresh. They recently opened the garden Patio area so we decided to sit outside and enjoy the sun :) 2nd time a spacious queen size bed, room service if you want (wine was £15 keep in mind). The rooms do need better plug sockets however as we had to keep our coffee machine by the corner of the room on the floor!
What we didn't like is that they take payment before we stay on arrival? I find it odd.
Overall, a comfortable stay without any drama. If you are looking for a cute, clean and fresh linen stay near the pier at a reasonable price then this is your place :)
