We couldn’t be happier with the service Daniel provided from The Cat Proof Fence Company. From the very first conversation, he took a genuinely holistic approach — really taking the time to understand our garden, our setup, and most importantly, the needs of our cats.

As they’re a very agile breed, Daniel carefully assessed everything and recommended the right brackets to properly suit them, rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. His due diligence was excellent — he checked angles, heights and potential escape points thoroughly, and explained his thinking clearly so we felt confident in every decision.

What really stood out was how unhurried and thoughtful he was. It never felt rushed; he clearly cares about doing the job properly and safely. The end result is secure, discreet and gives us real peace of mind knowing our cats can enjoy the garden safely.

I recently had a cat enclosure fitted by the Cat Proof Fence Company and I couldn't be happier.

From my initial enquiry, Dan was extremely helpful and answered the many questions I had about the enclosures. I'd never had one before, so his knowledge and advice helped me to make the decision to go ahead in order to keep my new kittens safe.

He provided me with a sketch of where the netting/brackets would go, alongside the quote so that I had an idea of how it would look. This was later amended after I'd removed my shed. Nothing was too much trouble and I feel that Dan has a real passion for cats and their safety.

During the fitting Dan was friendly, conscientious and extremely professional. The enclosure has been fitted to a very high standard and I cannot wait to let my little fur babies out to explore, knowing they are safe and sound.

We recently bought a cat-proof fencing system to secure our garden and keep our two cats safe, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Dan, the owner, was incredibly helpful from the outset. He took the time to design the fencing layout specifically for our garden and provided two clear quotations — one for supply only and one for supply and fit — which made the decision process really straightforward.

We chose to fit the system ourselves, and Dan went above and beyond to support us. He provided bespoke, easy-to-follow videos alongside the equipment, which were invaluable when my son and I were doing the installation. Everything was well thought out and clearly explained.

The fencing looks great now it’s installed, and the equipment itself feels robust and very well made.

Most importantly, our cats are clearly happy and safe, and we have real peace of mind knowing they’re protected from potential dangers.

I cannot fault his approach; from the beginning with video calls, the info he sent me without delay and throughout the entire time installing the fence.He was punctual, kind and patiently talked me through options and enabled me to see where my ideas wouldn't work.With each section of the work he explained how it would be installed and the benefits it would bring. Great service from start to finish. Dan was amazing and very helpful. We opted for the DIY version as our gardener fit it all for us. The fencing is top quality and the process for ordering was so easy. Highly recommended.

Daniel is kind, warm hearted and truly cares for the cats, as a result, this shows in his good work and dedication. I have a Bengal cat LuzyLuz and we know, bengals are agile and can jump higher than other type of breeds. He meticulously examined my garden area and thought of any weak spots that needed the most attention. He then cat proofed my garden, indeed. My cats can’t get out anymore, LuzyLuz was using a catio area as a way out. Daniel sealed all areas thoroughly, carefully stapling every gap and also checking for possible nails on the floor!! He speaks cat language, aware of all potential hazards, no need to tell him. He also kindly helped me to put up few trellis before sealing the area, at no cost. He also talked to me several times in video calls, answering all my questions, before doing the job. He also accommodated the dates when I could have the job done. I fully recommend Daniel, he is professional and a kind human being. I am so happy and can finally relax. My four/legged children are safe thanks to him 🙏🏼 THANK YOU DANIEL.

We met Dan at the supreme cat show in 2024, where he was promoting his new cat proofing business. He’s a very polite person and listened to all our needs to keep our precious cats safe. We contacted him after a few weeks with photos and estimated sizes of the garden. He then forwarded us an estimate which was exceptionally reasonable.
Dan came to fit the cat proofing over 4 days, keeping us informed about each stage of the fitting.
We were his first customers and can honestly say we have only had one problem and that was with the rubber material used to attach the netting to the brick wall which perished, but on contacting Dan about this problem he came out within a couple of days to rectify the problem with a different fitting.
Our cats are loving the freedom of the garden, we also have a Catio, we leave the door open for them in case they need any shelter.

We first met Dan at Liverpool cat show and decided to have a fence installed. After multiple video calls and the challenges of having such a small garden Dan recommended a canopy.
Dan's work is first class and idea for the staggered shelves on one of the support poles was awesome.
Being a cat dad himself made him the only choice for us and highly recommend him to anyone considering a cat security fence.

We recently moved house with our 12 year old cat who has never moved before. Dan was great he worked with us and around the cat and created a safe garden so he could continue to enjoy the outdoors without roaming. The fencing is well put together and does the job. Good price and quality compared to other companies. Highly recommend.

Daniel was great, he spoke to me multiple times before our arranged date for installation and also offered lots of advice and options. He arrived on time and completed the installation within the time he estimated also.

He was very friendly and polite while at my house and provided a very good product also. The brackets are very sturdy and have given our cats a lovely opportunity to spend time outside (which they are very grateful for). Dan also provided some spare netting and cable ties to cover any repairs or additional areas that needed it after he was gone.

Dan is such a helpful guy, really knows his stuff and his products are excellent. The brackets are super strong and look great with the mesh. The cats are certainly not escaping 😃

Purchased the metal brackets, these were of good quality and sturdy. They were cheaper then the others.
