Came in the dealership today and was greeted by one of the sales team, Kas.

He greeted me straight away and treated me with respect from the start. He was very patient when answering all of my questions and took the time to make sure I understood everything. His knowledge of the dealership’s stock was excellent, which made the whole experience much easier. I would definitely recommend speaking to him if you’re looking for a car.

Zubair was brilliant really helpful, friendly and personable. Didn't pressure but helped you make an informed choice. Went out of his way to make you feel comfortable and get you the deal you wanted.

Spotted a Mercedes A35 on Autotrader and left the £99 deposit. Within 10 mins I'd received a phone call from Zain asking if we'd like to go test drive it. Within the hour I was driving the car down the motorway.

Zain was great throughout the process and was on top of everything, even when we decided to switch to finance instead of rinsing the savings he was accommodating and I felt like he did have everything covered.

They offered a competitive price for my Kia Ceed that I would be part exchanging and the price for the new car was fair.

I had misplaced the V5C and some of the service history for the old car when moving house but they allowed me to leave a (very reasonable) £99 holding fee whilst I sourced these whilst still accepting the part ex. The customer service was brilliant, can't fault it.

I picked the car up the next day and have been enjoying it since.

No point even complaining or sending in an email to the manager does get acknowledged or get any reply! They will take a deposit and then sell the car to someone else instead! Does not make sense.

I recently purchased a BMW 5 Series and the sale was handled by Zain. Zain was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Zain ensured I was updated every step of the way. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely avoid reserving a car with this dealership – it clearly means nothing to them. I paid to reserve a vehicle and was fully planning to collect it, only to find out they sold it to someone else anyway, apparently without even informing my own salesman.

There was zero communication throughout the process. No warning, no explanation – just refunded and the car gone. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Would not trust them at all. Cowboys.

Had a great experience buying my car from the car co. Mark was excellent and I will certainly be back to buy a car from him again.

Zubair was great, he talked through all the packages, best options and was professional throughout and provided extra optionals which were really competitive. All our needs and budget were taken in to consideration which made our final decision easier.

Once I had signed the after care service was shocking!!
Car sold with ‘full service history’ (did not receive it still waiting).
Now spent £7,000 on repairs after only
8,000 miles
Suspension arm, Front and rear discs and pads Lambda, DPF, and MP filter sensors all needed replacing to get it through 1st MoT. (Yes I have serviced as advised).
Warranty was explained as “Everything covered, For as long as you have the vehicle” I understand wear and tear would be mine to deal with but
When I finally received the document after chasing several times it was for 36 months and only covered to £2k!.
Now can’t get a response!
Poor poor poor!!!
