As good as it gets!

I don't often write reviews, but this definitely deserves one. I ordered a cap on Sunday night. I sent my own custom artwork which featured a fairly complex design. Monday I got an e-mail asking if I could simplify the design a little as the original might damage the cap. No problem...I kinda expected that. Sent revised artwork Monday night. The cap arrived first thing Wednesday morning...and it's amazing! Exactly what I wanted. Great quality and speedy service. I really cannot praise The Cap Factory enough. I will definitely be placing more orders in the future.

Outstanding all round

Easy to use, clear website.
Very smooth ordering process. Good price.
We needed urgent delivery and, as if by magic, the one-off order has arrived 24 hours after I placed the order!

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service, good advise on how to fit my slightly oversized custom logo on the recommended cap, quick delivery and a high quality result. I would order from them again.
