First time ordering, item arrived really quick however there were items missing and an incorrect item sent, contact customer support who were lovely and advised on the 4th of November a refund has been issued and would be received within 3-5 workings days. No refund has ever been received and despite an email to customer service advising this and asking for an update on the refund and no communication has been received. Really disappointed that I am out of pocket for items not sent and incorrect items and not refunded as promised

Placed an order for 2 x Prime only one arrived. I've emailed - no response! Very disappointing as my 2 children paid with their own money. Frustrating not to receive an acknowledgement or refund!

I don't know why all the reviews are negative, because my experience with this shop has been amazing. Order arrived on time with lots of freebies. All the sweets I ordered were there, and they were at good prices. I love the mixes, as you get a bit of everything.

Hello, as most reviews say, this shop is poor quality but I disagree with that, the only time I had an incident is when my order came and the Sour Punch Bites were past its best before and had no deal on, apart from that, this shop is amazing!

Beware… they do not have prime in stock.
They obviously take your money & then try to source it. I paid Thursday then got a dispatch email with even tracking information.. after two emails to them I received a refund notice. How can you physically dispatch something & give a valid Royal Mail tracking number without the product being in stock? Dishonest company so beware.. especially if you have a child waiting for this. I suppose you can’t really trust a company that’s selling a product that they’re not authorised to sell at five times the original price!

I ordered February, after 6 months they finally said they'd issue a refund... now no refund issued after two weeks. I spent £20

I ordered the mystery box and got a great selection of sweets and worth the 25 pounds I paid and came within three days great company

It was great and worth the money

The product itself was fabulous. I just wish that there was more of a variety and that the website was a little easier to use. Pictures of the sweets when picking the options are so small, can barely make out what they are. But the quality was amazing! Arrived in good time. Couldn't ask for more. Definitely NOT a scam!

A great selection of gummy pic n mix. The airtight packaging meant all the soft gummies remained soft. :)

My son placed on order with this company for over £10 and he has never received the goods the order was placed on 8th June 2022 now August 16th 2022 still no goods!! This company is a scam do not send any money please !!!

Placed an order on the 19th July, received very quickly. I didn't open the order straight away as it was a gift for my partner, I just wrapped the entire box.

We opened the box today to find that the pick n mix packaging wasn't sealed correctly and the sweets inside had gone gooey and were inedible. I've ordered from several online sweet shops before, and I've never seen so much moisture building up inside the bags.

I'm also highly concerned with the lack of labelling on the bag. No date label or allergen information was supplied. As someone with multiple allergies, this is very upsetting to me.

I have contacted candyland so with any luck they will respond quickly.

I have been scamed i have paid £70 and its been over a month about 15 emails sosial media messages and messages through their site and no respond i just want what i paid for i do not recomend
