I hate to write this review after a 5 year relationship with Errol and Barb. 1st Barb is Fabulous and so were the accommodations. I've rented from them many times and have developed a great relationship. The cleaning crew they used staged and trashed the place and said that my guests did it. In my past years we always took care of the property like it was ours. I hope know one else has or will experience this. I just can't understand why they would do that. We brought in a personal chef to cook all our meals and you should see the pics they sent that said how the chef trashed the pantry. Again the property is awesome, Barb is awesome but the cleaning staff is the devil. Unfortunately I will not be renting from them again until I get an apology.

Barb was exceptionally helpful in the last minute booking of our cabin and making sure we had all the information we needed and taking our calls! Was a smooth easy booking process.

The reservation process and staff has been great. Our trip is a couple of months away, so expecting the check-in/check-out process to be the same experience. Plan to keep this company in my travel folder for future rentals.

The cabin is nice and views are beautiful. The drive up the hill (s) are insane.

Some things to consider, the pictures are misleading...pool area is ok and same as gathering space. My kids were psyched for some air hockey and it was not there and one arcade was broke. Also, theatre room was nice but recliners are worn or leaning to one side. Definitely needs some TLC on the furniture and structure. The sauna and hot tub were nice and seem to be newer.

From staying in other cabins and bringing family to see what we were talking about in Pigeon Forge cabins, I felt like I disappointed with amenities that were to be on site.

The bear was a nice perk as anytime you see nature it’s a plus.

Booking was made easy. Barb was wonderful to work with. Looking forward to our stay.

My family and I had a trip planned for July 2020. None of us imagined the life we are all living with the presence of COVID 19. We didn't feel comfortable assembling from all over the country, and I requested an alternative to our stay this July. I was stunned at how easy this management company and owner were to work with. They've allowed us to reschedule, and we are SO looking forward to our future stay. I'm sure it will be wonderful. Thank you for "doing the right thing", as it really is a choice. You've earned my business now, and long into the future! Thank you!

Rented a cabin in January, before Cover-19. Paid half in January, second half due in March. Also purchased the travel insurance. At the end of March, made the decision to cancel due to Cover-19. I was told to file a claim with the travel insurance company, I did of course ,denied. Attempted to resolve through credit card company, I was able to get half of my money back, still fighting to get back the second half ($1178.38). I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and will taking other legal action. I did read reviews before booking, and they were good, when I went back after this, the bad reviews are there and they are horrible, ranging from cleaning issues, to the same type of problem I am having . So buyer be ware!

The cabins at the Cabin Rental Store have been a home away from home for many years. The cabins had everything we needed to function away from home. Barb has been our go-to person for all our bookings, and the process has always been seamless. The team, from booking to maintenance, has been very easy to work with. We are in Gatlinburg every year for our church marriage retreat, and the accommodations have been awesome staying here. We have rented the Foxwood, the Sycamore and the Gatlinburg Mansions. The views of the mountains and the amenities in the cabins are amazing. This is the perfect venue for your next getaway.

We also rented the Gatlinburg Event Center this past year for an elegant event, and it was a great addition to our retreat. The space and the service were excellent.

I love The Cabin Rental Store and Ms. Barb. We have rented from them the past 3 out of 4 years. They are amazing!!
