Absolutely Horrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!
I purchased two items from thebusinessendonline.co.uk around 10 days ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since. The items were never posted, and the provided tracking number shows no drop-off activity whatsoever. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and message over the past 10 days, I have received no response at all.
To make matters worse, I discovered that they use fake details on credit card transactions, with information from other companies. The only way I was able to resolve this was through a credit card chargeback. This is, without a doubt, the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
Avoid this shop at all costs!
Apparently this company is using my contact details for goods the a failing to send out, I have tried contacting them but goes to a mobile answering service.
So i think it's a 100% scam, If not then reply to this.
