Chuck Hermans from The Brokerage Group sent multiple spam emails (12/17/2025, 12/28/2025) pressuring me to sell my business without ANY prior contact or consent.
They contacted me on an email address I specifically use to detect CAN-SPAM violations - an address from a known data breach/leaked list. This proves they're purchasing scraped email lists and spamming business owners indiscriminately.
He obtained my company name through these purchased lists and used manipulative language like "circling back" to create false familiarity. This is predatory spam targeting business owners.
I never asked for a valuation. I'm not selling. This is harassment disguised as professional outreach.
Any broker using purchased spam lists and leaked data to solicit business sellers cannot be trusted with your most valuable asset. Clear CAN-SPAM violation. Reported to FTC. Email Metadata to prove actions.
