Good customer service but so-so product
Good customer service and fast delivery but I’m not overly happy with the mask itself. The extra long ties are a faff and I don’t really understand the point of them. I haven’t even used it, I’m sticking with my snood.

Easy to remove too as I wear 2 hearing aids many masks I have worn pull both hearing aids out when I take the mask off but this one doesn’t.
