I ordered from this company and received water damaged products. The order was $37, they charge $28 to return the product. The shipping box was not damaged so they are selling damaged/defective products then charging the customer nearly 90% to return the product. DO NOT BUY. STAY AWAY!

Hard to find a company for my packaging supplies that has such a large selection but also have account reps that offer personalized service, not to mention very fair pricing.
Go with The Boxery and you will not be disappointed!

They shorted me on an $865 and refuse to send me any replacements.

I usually have issues even placing orders that not even customer service can help me with. THey genuinely have just given up with no solution.

When I manage to place orders, half of the items are inexplicably delayed and I'm never notified of this until I check the tracking 5 days later and the shipping carrier says they still don't have it.

Half the boxes I've gotten in the past are beat up from the straps used in shipping them to me. Not a great look when I am charging customers for a "brand new" box/

I bought $30 worth of boxes never opened the package returned it 3 days later and they refunded me $8. Bad business, I have bought plenty of boxes and this was my first return still not sure why I only got $8 back for unused items unopened packaging and aim sure they will turn around and sell then at full price to the next customer. Smh

Avoid The Boxery! Absolutely unacceptable. I was told by their representative that if I placed my order before 12:00 PM, it would ship out that same day. Based on that promise, I placed my order at 10:00 AM and received the confirmation email with no issue.

Later, just to be safe — because I needed the package by Monday — I logged into my account to double-check the status… and saw the order was on hold.

I immediately called customer service at 11:50 AM, still before their cutoff. What I got was one of the most rude and dismissive representatives I’ve ever encountered. She told me they weren’t going to ship it until next week, claiming they only accept PayPal for the quantity I ordered — even though I already paid in full by credit card, and PayPal wasn’t even an option on the website.

When I asked how I could pay via PayPal to resolve it, she said it was “too late.” She refused to transfer me to a manager, spoke with a nasty attitude, and clearly had no intention of helping.

This company flat-out lied, took my money, then blamed me for their own broken system. Never again. Avoid them at all costs

I can't say enough nice things about this company! I've been ordering boxes and other shipping supplies from them for a couple of years now and the prices, product quality and shipping costs are all competitive, reasonable and fair. But most of all, their customer service is old-school, top notch, and personal. In a day and age where calling almost any company results in having to work through an incompetent and wholly frustrating automated phone system, only to (maybe) eventually reach a human who is often poorly trained or has no power to do anything, the Boxery stands head and shoulders above everyone. They are so good that I wish they could go train other businesses on how to execute customer service. Kudos to the ownership, management, and front-line employees here. Keep up the great work!

There was defective mailers with open seams in my order. I buy 2 boxes of mailers at a time. I last ordered these a year ago. They stay in my office. They tried to say it was some how my fault. They are over priced and provide low customer service. Won't use again. Shop around. Make your hard earned money go to companys that give a darn.

Karina is professional and doing her job. The product (13x18 Rigid Mailer/Stay Flat) itself is not high quality and does not serve it's purpose. It should not require additional materials to make it more rigid when it's a rigid mailer. Just cheap china packaging that ended up costing me because a customer received a print with a crink on it. Not using them again.

The Boxery has been my goto for our shipping supplies since 2016. We are very happy with their not just their consistent quality of product, but also their personal service over the phone. If you need quality supplies at competitive pricing, the Boxery wins on all fronts.
