I have been trying for 2 weeks to collect my winnings. I have been verified, registered, etc. Jumped through all your hoops, waited 24-48 hours the times, reported issue, asked for help, begged for info..... just to to be told you understand my frustration- please wait 24-48 hours.
When i report issue i wait till I no longer can for reply, yet show no patience when i an delayed in responding.
Overall
I guess your site is okay if you don't expect to be paid for winnings.
