The bong shop team is great. Always going above and beyond to help their customers.
I purchased a bong and brush. The brush was faulty and broke the bong. The team after I informed them was happy to assist after evidence was provided and replaced both the bong and brush!

Terrible
Terrible. Broke the first time I cleaned it with metho and tape water. Contacted them via email to try and get a replacement and I've been ignored ever since. Do not buy this.

We would suggest using a proper bong cleaning product to minimize damaging not only your bong but also your lungs. Not worth it but does the job I huess
I was missing a piece and because it was over xmas it took a while for them to respond and send it out which is fine I guess but the bong wasn’t really air tight for a while until the res built up and I ended up just getting rid of the second chamber because it was only just air tight in a certain position so I had to readjust it everytime while I was pulling a cone 😩 the water also gets sucked through to the main chamber pretty fast and the res builds up super fast in the second chamber
