Nice Bong
Product arrived on time and was of excellent quality. It is difficult to clean. It needs to come with brushes. The brushes aren't available at regular suppliers. I had to improvise.

I'd just like to point out as I don't think it was made clear that we unfortunately experienced a glitch that put the incorrect image online (which was a glass stem, when the physical stock was actually a metal stem) - This issue has been resolved. However, I hope that clears up why you received a metal stem a second time round.
I then personally picked and packed the glass and stem piece to avoid the same issue from happening and ensuring the correct thing was being sent to you.
I hope that clears everything up and this definitely won't be happening again :)
