Customer service was excellent, we had a few technical bumps but I was kept informed, prices were told to me before the callout, the phone was always answered, everyone was super friendly and helpful, plus super quick! Will defos use again in an emergency.

Excellent service from the Boiler repair Man. No hot water for 2 weeks and a boiler beyond economical repair, Boiler Repair Man came out, quoted (several budget options) and installed new boiler. Quick response to my initial enquiry and within 3 days of accepting their quote, our boiler was in. Can’t fault the boys that worked all out fitting the boiler 2 days before Christmas when most trades have generally shut down. Highly recommend.

I live in a flat and, a few weeks ago on a particularly cold day, both my hot water and heating suddenly stopped working. I called my usual gas engineer who, when he finally managed to arrive, discovered that my gas supply had been cut off.
After speaking to my neighbours, it emerged that the only person who was granted access to the plant room which houses all the meters, was an engineer from The Boiler Repair Man who had been tasked with servicing some of their boilers.
The following day I phoned TBRM and explained the situation to a chap named Paul who assured me he would investigate and get back to me.
When I heard nothing from him or any other member of the team, I emailed the owner/director of the company. Again no response.

Let this be a warning to anyone thinking of using this company. When they mess up, they will leave you high and dry. They have given no acknowledgment of their error, no apology, no offer of compensating me for the inconvenience they caused nor for the financial cost to me.

Could not ask for a better service.

Very pleased with this job. The plumber arrived on time, as arranged, fixed the leaking pipe and refilled the system. The same company also installed my boiler last year and I would use them again.

An engineer visited our flat upon requesting a quote for a boiler replacement. We discussed several options verbally. Since then, haven't heard back, despite several reminders: they just stopped answering all emails. If the company wasn't interested in the job, after visiting and discussing, they could have at least told us.

Amazing company! My mum is a pensioner and had a lot of trouble with her boiler. They are out immediately fix the problem & taught her how to work it properly they never over charge like some companies have in the past. I would definitely recommend them. They are honest fast & reliable. Thank you for looking after my mum so well.

Chris and Jack installed a new Vaillant EcoFit Pure 830 boiler yesterday and were very professional in doing an excellent job which we appreciate. We would certainly recommend The Boiler Repair Man and thanks to Paul and his team. Good value for money.

Used this company several times last year expensive but good. However I organized them to come out again this week only to discover I received their invoice today for 180 £ before they arrive tomorrow ? I called new policy I’m told ,,, seems very unlikely that you would pay a 180 call-out charge before them not doing any work yet ,, obviously I’ve cancelled ,, mind u it’s their business not mine. Good luck

Would 100% recommend - Phoned "in an emergency" today. Lovely lady I spoke to said we have a full diary but we'll do what we can. She phoned me back within 5mins. Andy arrived within the hour. Really lovely guy, fixed the issue, explained the problem, checked the full boiler. Was extremely happy with the service, very professional & friendly. Would definitely use them again without a doubt.

Attempted to phone multiple times - phone number always went straight to voicemail.

Charged over £300 to replace a valve to repair my hot water pressure. Turns out it was the wrong valve, and they have never got back to me after I asked for a refund.

Very strange, spend 3 days fitting my boiler whilst crying most of the time telling me his wife had left him :-( all I wanted was my boiler!

I recently got a new Glow-worm combi boiler installed, including the removal of old boiler and tank and replacement of three radiators and a towel rail.

I can't fault them at any stage. Any questions I had during the install were answered and my new heating system and it's smart thermostat was explained to me as well.

I recommend this Company, easy to deal with from the initial quote from Paul right through to the install by Chris and Ben, they were professional and approachable and I will definitely use them again for my boiler servicing.

Called them up to see due to a boiler not starting. Had a youngish lad turn up who had been at the company for a week, took the cover off, said there was water corrosion which was the issue. Told us he had condemned the boiler and not to use. So we had no heating, no hot water during the cold snap. Got another heating engineer out, who normally services the boiler, £70 and 20mins later, boiler fully working.

I picked them due to the high ratings but really disappointed by the service and the faith I put on the ratings. Maybe I just got unlucky with the young lad but not a good advertisement for the business.

We have had a weeping oil leak for a short while. I found a technician who said he could come in two days, so i booked it. The first time he came, he didn't have the parts. The second time he came, he didn't have parts. The third time he promised to come after he had supposedly gotten the parts, he didn't show. After spending 3 days at home waiting, i called Thermaflo. They couldn't come for a week, but the point is that they came and rebuilt that section of pipework while I fetched my daughter at her school 2 miles away. They were gone by the time I got back. These guys are honest, efficient, and do what they say they will do. it was a very neat job, also. They gave a time window of 1-5pm and showed up at 5:30 - and apologized for it!!! That instead of not coming at all once the working day was done. I'm really happy with their responsiveness and service. Highly recommended.

Just to say a massive thanks to this company and the team, so professional from day 1, our central heating wasn't working and the boiler was at least 16 years old, so time for a new one, I can honestly say, what a great job the guys did, I have never felt the radiators heat up the way they do now or the water, I just wish I had dealt with these guys years ago and if your not sure of anything, eg, how to operate your new heating system, which I was unsure of, they are just a phonecall away, they take time to explain everything and they go above and beyond for their customers and I would like to thank Paul for dealing with all my questions and to the guys that installed the boiler, I recommend this company 100%, thanks again for a great job.👍👍
