Really happy with new boiler. Had no heating and Chris arranged to have new boiler fitted quickly. James and Norrie were brilliant explained everything they were doing can't believe how stress free everything was from start to finish.

Excellent and prompt service. Very professional and the engineer even cleaned up after himself.

My boiler broke at the start of November. Let down by a major gas supplier, I took a chance with Boiler Exchange as they were advertising they could install a boiler quickly. I am glad I did. Had excellent service from start to finish and the new boiler is very quiet.

The heating engineer was clean and tidy throughout the job friendly and helpful. The boiler was fitted along with all pipe work in a very neat way considering it was in a small kitchen unit. All in all a very good service would recommend to anyone.

Between quote and installation, didn't have to wait long. Peter was very pleasant and worked all day. Explained things re thermostat. Very pleased 😀

I was very pleased I found this company as I had already had another local company visit and just felt like everything was so slow to get a price and date for the job to be started. Chris is great at what he does and even made my job more logical and less cost for a better result. I had a visit from Chris on the Tuesday and a boiler installation, without my wife even knowing, on the Thursday ( now that is service for you). The whole team in this company will go far as they know what they are doing and don’t mess around. I am about to board a plane tomorrow, to the sunshine, knowing my house will be warm on my return. Chris who first came to see us first regarding what the Company has to offer, explaining everything about the boilers, was very professional. We were very pleased with our new boiler from The Boiler Exchange. James the fitter did a fantastic job, having to re-position pipe work as well. He was a very professional worker, and cleared up after himself. Would highly recommend the Company.

Great service from the start to completion. Felt like the job was handled professionally and I was left feeling like I got a good deal with a very nearly installed boiler at a good price.

Chris came out and surveyed the job, he was professional, polite and even came out a second time to further discuss. The price was extremely competitive, as it was a big job and Chris was top notch.

Glad to see there are tradesmen left who take pride in their work ! As promised , he showed up exactly on time and got down to the job in hand. Worked quietly and efficiently and had old boiler out and new one fitted and working within 5 hours. Would recommend Boiler Exchange to anyone.

Great service. From Chris who explained all our options and gave us a competitive quote. James the installer who completed a quick, tidy and expert installation despite some unexpected extra work ( at no extra cost!) All in all a pleasure from start to finish. Quote on Friday and installed on Monday. Can’t ask for anything else!

Very professional and prompt service! We got stood up by another company after 2 months of waiting and The Boiler Exchange team booked us in for the same week they came for the quote. I wanted to wait a couple of months before leaving a review and so far I had no issues. I highly recommend them!

The surveyor, Chris, was very thorough and listened to our needs and concerns about changing from an old system to a combi boiler. James and Norrie did the installation and were quick and very pleasant to deal with. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving. First class from sales to fitting. All done and dusted in a short space of time. Total customer satisfaction. Also worth passing on that Chris who managed the deal knows his stuff and the engineer, Peter, did a wonderful seamless changeover from the old combi boiler to the replacement. You cannot go wrong with this company. Well done guys!

When I enquired about a quote on Wednesday, received a call from Chris the same day, arranged a free consolation on Monday evening, I never expected to have a boiler fitted and working by Thursday evening!!

Chris was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. He made the decision easy for us to take the plunge and get a new boiler.

Worried about a messy install and full boiler relocation? Don’t be!! James and Norrie were fabulous installers. Clean and tidy work, scrap metal all gone and house left as if they’d never been. Not sure how they managed!

All in all 5 stars is the easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given!!

Chris came out and talked through the best options for a boiler and radiators and answered all questions I had, including all payment options. We agreed an installation date and James couldn't have been more helpful on the day. Now have a modern heating system that I am delighted with. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Enquired about a new boiler and got a phone call back from Chris in a matter of minutes and got a quotation the same day. Very happy with the service. The boiler went in without a hitch very pleasant and tidy. Had a issue with my shower being blocked and it was sorted the same day again great service. Happily recommend to anyone.
