What a joy to find this company! From the start the communication and advice was prompt and professional from both Paul and Mike. Mike and Ged worked at our property and I cannot praise them enough for the quality of their work, consideration for my home and finding the best solution for replacing the LPG heating with an air source heat pump system. They were wonderful guys to have around, arrived on time, always with a positive attitude where nothing was too much trouble. They were also super considerate around my dogs and keeping them safe and happy around the work. I would welcome them back for any future work without hesitation. I was recommended the The Boiler Club by a friend. They installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler for me. From initial contact with Paul to the boiler installation I couldn't be happier with the service. Mike and Chris arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. Mike and Chris explained the process clearly and kept the work area tidy throughout the installation. The new boiler is working perfectly, and I was particularly impressed with the engineer's attention to detail in routing new pipe system and ensuring its location would be compatible with a future renovation of the room. I highly recommend The Boiler Club and would definitely use their services again. Mike and Chris were a credit to the company.

We were very pleased with this company. They responded quickly to our enquiry and came to assess the job within a couple of days.
They fitters arrived on time and did a brilliant job of fitting a new boiler. Everything was done within the day. They were efficient and very pleasant. They gave us a demonstration of how everything worked and made sure we were happy with the job. They covered the carpets to protect them and tidied everything away when the job was finished. They took the old boiler and fittings away with them. We would recommend them to anybody.

From start to finish nothing was too much trouble, we agreed on a very reasonable price, by far cheaper than any other quote we had gotten. We were kept updated throughout the whole time & when the day came to install the new boiler, everything was faultless. Mike the installer did a fantastic job, there was absolutely no mess at all. After contacting the boiler club I arranged a free survey they arrived at the scheduled time listened to my requirements and explained my various options, a date was agreed and the gas safe engineer arrived promptly expertly fitted the new boiler/hive/magnetic filter and carbon monoxide completed the guarantee's and showed us how to operate the boiler/hive he was friendly professional and extremely tidy. At all stages I was emailed with the relevant information, appointments, cost and contact details.

Great company to work with, reliable, arrived with the required part for our repair, explained what needed to be done and tidied up afterwards. Will be using them again and would 100% recommend.

Was recommended to them after they helped my mother-in-law with the installation of a new boiler and repositioning of a radiator, since then I've used them twice for a new boiler + radiator, and installation of a new gas hob!

They are a brilliant company with knowledgeable and professional staff. No such thing as asking stupid questions with them, as they were incredibly patient and honest with us. Their engineers turn up on time, are respectful of your home and space, and are really sound people in general.

Customer service is outstanding. Ours wasn't a simple job but it was carried out with minimum disruption and good humour throughout. The engineer stayed well into the evening to ensure everything was working properly and then came back the next day to finish the small details. Communication is warm, friendly and instant. Highly recommend.

Mike and Ray were great examples of British tradesmen. They were reliable, tidy and polite and did a professional job installing a new boiler and replacing 4 radiators. They were approachable and we felt comfortable with them in our home. We highly recommend them for any plumbing tasks requiring good honest tradesmen.

We had an old back boiler and gas fire removed plus
our old combi boiler replaced. Paul and Mike called round to survey the jobs. They were able to provide a solution to a problem regarding the flue that no-one else had thought of! We were happy with the quotes and gave the go ahead. Mike and Chris completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. We did have a minor problem with the boiler but Mike came out and it was quickly remedied. Would definitely recommend
