I love the products

I love the products! I use them faithfully and have seen a difference. However, I have had an issue with the eye firm roller. The first had a sharp piece that made it unable to use. The others stopped working within a short period of time.

Terrible service and systems. It is incredibly hard to get a hold of…

It is incredibly hard to get a hold of you either electronically or by phone. My account refused to let me in multiple times with all of the appropriate information. Then when I finally got through to speak to someone, she didn’t understand what I was asking for and so now I’m fairly certain I will have to go back and revise my account again so that my subscription is correct. The products are good, but you have horrible systems in place for service and sales.

I canceled my subscription months ago

I canceled my subscription months ago. I can never log onto the site to change my subscription so I had to do it through the chat and the person said it was canceled. However, I’m getting charged for this product and I’ve emailed you repeatedly to cancel my subscription and it has gone unanswered.

Representative.

Your Representative was very pleasant. And when asked a question she responded.
I love the products the body cream works great. My only concern is that I wish the body wash came into a jar rather than a tube. It's sometimes hard to squeeze out. Other than that everything is great.
