Replacement Sensors

I apricate the customer response from Bloomcar
Rep Ava Adisson who was courteous, responsive along with most of all reflected a "can do"additude.
My package of lighted Sill plates were not working properly since the sensor stickers were mistakenley ommited,Ava promptly forward the sensors and issue was resolved

Not only did I receive defected items

Not only did I receive defected items . But I reached out to “Bloom support” and expressed my concerns with the product and I get a response one minute later from someone ignorant named Trisha completely disregarding my response and saying “Have a great day”. Not only did I get defected items but customer service is nonexistent. It’s rude . Products are made from cheap plastic junk . NOT WORTH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. This company is a joke . Go buy yourself actual good products from somewhere else , literally ANYWHERE else . Oh and their “return “ policy . You can forget about that because they disregard that completely as well. I’ve you’ve read this far take my advice and don’t even give them a dime . Goodluck Trisha 🤭

Quality of the product is very poor

Quality of the product is very poor. all 4 door sills got scratched immediately right after closing and open the door. Adhesive stickers provided are of no use with some of them having wrong cuts. they look nice but i guess i might trash them very soon know the return problems. cheap Chinese product!!

Product didn’t fit/Iffy Return Option

Product didn’t fit. When asked about a return and refund they suggested a trade or sell it with a friend. Then they said they could not guarantee my return would get back to them. Huh? I just noticed their Facebook Store pages have disappeared.

Wow the door sills were just terrible…

Wow the door sills were just terrible quality and they didn't fit the car at all. They scratched immediately upon opening and closing the door in the front and the back ones actually cracked? So I threw the back ones away immediately and the front ones look terribly scratched with a few opening and closings of the door. Don't waste your money on these

This company is a complete racket!

This company is a complete racket! I ordered the door sill lights (front and rear). Pieces were missing. There's a little rubber white piece that is supposed to water seal the charge port. Mine came detached and it cannot be reattached. I'd have better luck putting a genie back into a bottle. I also ordered puddle lights from them. They sent the wrong lights. I never heard back from them to get a resolution. If you send them an email, expect it to take 3 or 4 days for a reply. The 1st email I sent them was June 6. As of June 24, nothing. They are masterful at replying to multiple emails without actually resolving your issue. That makes it seem very intentional to me. Using BloomCar is a risky gamble. If you have money to throw away, go for it. If you work hard for your money and wanna be sure you are gonna get what you paid for, look elsewhere!

You be buying garbage you be waiting…

Thebloomcar.com false advertising they ask info about the car (make model year type) i got the door stills fronts too big the rears to small none magnetic they say 60 seconds installation magnetic hahaha came with Velcro stick on, they telling me to remove the factory door stills because they’re not metal in which they are and actually they look a lot better than the ones they sell the non-magnetic. I tested them on my stainless steel refrigerator door and a metal cabinet non-magnetic. These are garbage i’m gonna get a camera guy and make a video of the product and testing to prove them that non-magnetic and put it on YouTube. I’ll keep you guys posted when I get the video done professionally it’s not about the money it’s the principal of false advertising waiting for garbage for 30 days to come in and the original stills look a lot better than the ones I just got which they scratch and they move because it’s with
Velcro stick on even on that it was short Velcro for the spots. Where do they show you the locations to put them on

The lights automatically turn off after 1 minute, like hello? When I reached out to their customer support email (which is supposedly 24/7 support), i got a reply back within minutes of:
"Thanks for reaching out to BloomCar.

This imminently made me think AI response and there's no actual support as it didn't address my concerns at all. Upon further research I found all of these other 1 star reviews discussing the same thing about non existent support etc. I was also disappointed with the lack of brightness; but mostly disappointed with the auto off feature. Like, wouldn't you want people to ask where i got their product so they can order it too?

Door sills

Got the door sills a while back and they were alright at first. But after a month the top of the sill literally ripped off and was never to be seen again. Since I used double sided adhesive tape over my existing sills I will now have to risk ripping off my existing sills just to take these ones off. Do not buy sills here look elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE PLEASE!!!

Worse company ever why can't we give no stars. They will not refund my items and money. I have sent in pictures emails etc. But nothing. They should be banned from us and doing business here. They are stealing money from our consumers. Please have website shutdown and banned. Please keep your money. Please do no business with this dishonest company, please.

product didn't fit ,asked for a refund and to return product , lots of ridiculous requests for videos , i explained i have already packed the product up , they suggested i see if a friend wants it , are you kidding me!!!! don't know where this company is but i have my suspicions its china , if they want to do business in the US i suggest they learn how . BUYER BEWARE!!! AVOID BLOOMCAR

The product is complete garbage there return policy consists of them telling you to give the broken product to someone but if you need to return for full refund they can’t guarantee that they will ever receive it and won’t be able to give you a refund until they get it back. This company should be shut down immediately don’t buy from them ever

Don't fit properly, magnets are weak

Ordered April 2025, door sills for a new Hyundai Tucson. After quite a delay receiving them I was disappointed in them. The magnets that were supposed to be strong and hold them in place were not. To cover the holes from the stock sills the sills don't sit flat and stick up a little where the door jam starts to curve. Not happy with the quality look of them anyway. Waste of 44.99, I threw them in the garbage.

BloomCar lights doesn't fit on car door sills as claim by their company

I bought 4x BloomCar lights for front and back for my Hyundai Elantra MD2 Trophy, the lights can't fit between the foot sill and the car door when closing, how can a company don't try the own product on the physical car before sending it to the customers, why? It's common sense, even a little child would understand 🙄. Fortunately for me, all the lights is working but I can't use them as it didn't fits. Someone at BoomCar needs to get fired, I want to see them succeed but this is a rip off Customers. I live in Australia 🇦🇺, my advice to the company, please try your products on the materials you are claiming it works on first, before sending it to your customers. I give 2 stars 🌟 ratings because the lights works.
But it's unusable. My $105.00 is a total waste. I have learnt my lesson.
