DoNot Purchase its a SCAM!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. First, there isn't any customer service. Secondly, the parts dont fit my vehicle. And lastly, I specifically asked for Chrysler and they sent me KIA.

I cant find anyway to return or exchange them as neither the email comes back 404 error and the phone number is dead.

I purchased from Bloomcar door sills…and the interior light package

I purchased from Bloomcar door sills and the interior light package. WELL, it's not an install for someone who's not an electrician. I took it to a local car detail place they wanted to charge me OVER $500 to install. I contacted Bloomcar for a return Authorization # and the address to return it for a refund, What a freaking nightmare. After two weeks of back and forth they finally sent me an address to send it to. Somewhere in China. But they're located in Australia. They told me to take a pic of the post office receipt so they could give me a refund. I didn't because to ship to China was close to $100. I know what they were doing. They gave me that China address knowing I wouldn't pay but in case I did pay, they would have refunded me but they know that no one is going to pay almost $100 to send back their product. This company is the biggest ripoff I have ever dealt with in my life. I'm 71. Needless to say, Stay away from these rip-offs.

Notice that in all bloomcar videos the comments are turned off. That should tell you everything.

BUYER BE VERY AWARE

I ordered door seals from these guys and they don’t fit my car. The magnets are cheap and weak and do not stick and it’s too long for the measurement of my car. I contacted them and asked if I could return them. They made me take pictures to prove that the plastic seal was not taken off, and that the box that they came in was not damaged since then they have not given me any direction or mailing address of where I can mail it to to return them. They’ve cut off all communication and refuse to return them. This is another non-American company that gives poor quality and bad customer Service. BUYER BE VERY AWARE.

Support is a LIE

They claim to have 24/7 support, and that someone will reach out to you within 24 hours. The truth is, they are non existent. So if you get these and for some reason have an issue, you'll be out of luck. Don't advertise a service that you can't deliver.

If I could leave a negative score U would. I have been waiting for my order for almost a month. Received a tracking number that only works on they're tracker. UPS doesn't recognize the tracking number.

Hell even according to their tracker the item isn't moving! Just don't purchase from them like I did.

Absolutely the worst

Absolutely the worst, cheapest junk on the planet , sold by the worst company with the worst customer service.
Refused to replace a bad sill plate light without a VIDEO of it. Try to email a video!
They dont care about you, they only care about your $60 for China junk that they paid 2 bucks for. You might as well just burn your money!
DO NOT give these rip off artists a cent!

I purchased sills for my truck and…

I purchased sills for my truck and mistakenly ordered a set for a car that I dont have. I've reached out twice to return them for an exchange or refund. They've replied with the same email, sell them or give them to someone that has that car. I informed them that I did not know anyone and they still have not sent me the return address. Please make sure you double check your order and make sure you dont order extra. They are not trying to give me information to return what I dont need.

Amazing customer service

Ava made my customer service in excellent experience. My order was missing one small item and she got right on it and shipped me one out, no questions asked. It’s been a long time since I’ve received customer service from a company like Bloomcar. I’ve already ordered two different items from them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who’s looking to give their automobile a very unique appearance.

Steer clear of Bloomcar

Took money right away. Product showed up almost a month later. Not only is it cheap junk. It also doesn't work with my car's sills, despite the fact you give them the make and model. They refuse to refund, and instead offer tiny little sill light replacements. Want my money back. They refuse. Now it's in the hands of PayPal. Seems they WILL NOT REFUND, unless you file a dispute. Wonder how long till PayPal drops them, as PP only allows so many disputes. They seem to bank on time passing dispute deadlines. Steer waaay clear of this company. Cheap products, and horrid service.

Oh, and once you buy from them, the spam begins. Several emails daily, asking you to buy more of their overpriced junk.

When I purchased I used PayPal

When I purchased I used PayPal. When I tried to go back to the order page to take a screenshot I lost the order because it took me back to the internet. I saw the charge and contacted them thru email and they responded quickly. They said they couldn't find the order and asked me to show proof. All I had was a screenshot of the PayPal payment so I sent that proof with their business name on it. The next day I sent some other messages to them and checked my account again and the charges were gone. Then Googled the Business Name and saw all these negative reviews. It pays to send and read reviews. I won't be ordering anything because of the reviews and being scammed before by other websites.

Bloomcar Review

Bloom at was responsive to my questions after receiving my products. They were willing to go above and beyond with assisting me as well. My products are awesome and just like they appear on the site. I love them in my car because they are different I don’t have to charge them often either as they are motion sensors. Really cool and pretty!

ABSOLUTELY, DISREPUTABLE.JUNK SELLING COMPANY THAT WILL NOT HONOR THEIR PRODUCT

Please, I promise you don't buy anything from this company. Don't buy a fingernail clipper from this company. Don't buy anything from this company. I WOULDN'T EVEN BUY ACID TO POUR OVER MY HEAD FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought what was supposed to be a classy looking glow. Sill plate? That was supposed to fit over the Mercedes sill plate in my car. When you opened the door where your foot scrapes, as you push your foot into the car, this is supposed to be a glowing protection plate that is supposed to fit over the manufacturer's sill plate, but not only does it not fit it, rocks back and forth, it falls off. So they send you tape with it, and they tell you to tape it on. TAPE? ON MY MERCEDES, ARE YOU EFFING SERIOUS? TAPE WAS *NOT* MENTIONED AS A MEANS OF ADHESION IN THE AD ON THE INTERNET. IT'S A TRICK IF YOU DON'T USE THE TAPE.THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. Well, if you tape it on, you void, your paint warranty and even if you have an older car, the tape is junk and won't last days. This is an absolutely disreputable junk company that sells pretty stuff on the internet. But when you get it, you're thinking to yourself, this is Is what I bought?I am an idiot. Please. Please. Even if it's something small that you are sure that they will take back because it says they will. They will not. I promise you first. They will refer you to a phone number in Nevada that says they will call you back if you simply text them. They will not. I texted them 14 times then. I began emailing them, and they asked me for 1020 to 30 second videos of the product that I bought from them. That was ineffective, which Were the glowing sill plates when you open a car? Door for my Mercedes, they don't stick, so they ask you to use stick on tape. If you use the stick on tape, it voids the paint warranty for a Mercedes, so I'm going back. And forth with them sending videos and not getting responses and their strategy is to do this until the warranty period is over with. And then they say, oh, so sorry. There is no more warranty, just don't do it. Do it after that.The product is junk.These were supposed to be magnetic sill plates, and they were supposed to fit over the existing mercedes sill plates.Not only do they not fit over the existing mercedes sill plates, they rock back.And forth and don't magnetize to the metal of the car.So I opened the back door the back door doesn't have a manufacturers sill plate, and this glow in the dark sill plate that I bought from them, doesn't even stick to the bare metal of the car that doesn't have a manufacturer's "Mercedes sill plate." These people are disreputable, they don't care what you think does not matter to them. They give you the runaround. Their products are colorful, but junk don't do it. Please, I promise you don't do it.

I purchased the full set both front and…

I purchased the full set both front and rear for my 2016 Cadillac CTS for $79.00.
At first all seemed right with the world, then the product showed up. So the next morning I went out to see how they fit. News flash, they don't. The rear doors have a curve where the sill plates reside. These are flat with no way for magnets OR double sided tape will adhere.Besides that fun factor, the front sill plates are resting on the original sill plates so there is no way to seal a 1/4 inch gap on both ends. So I contacted CS, and the response was "remove your old sill plates"! Not happening kids, sorry! So I tried for a refund. Next email was "I should find someone to trade with or sell them to somebody. Then, I get the "old" there's no guaranty that it will get past "customs" and may "never arrive" like many others. BS!
Do yourself a favor, stay away! I filed a fraud case against them. If you purchase these sill plates, you may also have to file one! Good luck with that!

Nice "Bling" for the vehicle!

Although the shipping took a little longer than anticipated, it did arrive and in good order. They are very cool once installed and the color options are great.
Update: One actually stopped working the day after I received it. It took me some time to get with CS, but I did get to an actual person and she helped resolved the issue. Now just waiting for the new one to replace the original. It has been 2 weeks and no tracking on it still.
