I am new to blogging; and BlogPress has been very user-friendly so far. The resources available to help get users started are invaluable. There is also support for pretty much any issue you can think of! That is great for a non-techie like me

Overall their interface is relatively easy to use, even for a beginner. I was able to get my site up and looking halfway decent in less than a day. You have access to a lot of different themes allowing you to customize your blog and make it look professional. The company also gives you a "plan" to help keep you on task. What they say is true - if you don't give up you have a much higher chance of success. In terms of their support... I had some problems initially. Felt like a robot was responding to me. But as time went on they started addressing my concerns.

However, their main selling point is their course material and support system. Most of their videos are short and don't help very much. Found myself on YouTube quite a bit for extra tutorials.

I have a lot of blogging questions and the personal customer service was so helpful. Plus the videos and training are great because I can watch them anytime and they cover everything I need to know, but if I need additional help I can ask them. They are so quick to respond and do not give form letter answers but very personal help. My blogging has a new direction thanks to them and I am so excited!

Having joined blogpress a few weeks ago I have been impressed with how easy it is to use and I had my blog up and running in a week. The service the guys provide has been second to none. They always respond very quickly when I have needed help and have quickly helped me solve my problems and move on with my blog. I would highly recommend them to anyone but especially to others like me who are quite new to blogging.

No matter what my question is they always have great suggestions and solutions to my blog inquiries.

So far I've had a great experience with blogpress! They've been very helpful and have answered all of my questions. They've been very warm and professional! The only thing I would change is that I would love for them to have a customer service line so that you are able to receive a response quicker, but they have always replied within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend blogpress!

They helped me set up my site. They answer my questions every time. They helped me fix any problems I encountered. Very supportive. Great options for page designs. I couldn't be happier.

I know how to post and have done so many times in the first week or two. But, I seem to be in the same place as I was the other time i tried it, but with a free site.
I know it would take you extra effort, but you could do a brief monitoring of each new blogger's site for the first several weeks to see if they really are experiencing your program the way you advertise and hopefully believe each of us should.

In the beginning stages of trying to develop my Blogg. Need help with getting things up and running.

BlogPress has without fail responded in a VERY timely manner (usually within hours) to any emails with questions or help desk tickets I send (which is a lot!). They're super easy to correspond with and friendly! 5 stars for sure!

I hate to say that, but those videos to certain extend are meant to people who already are familiar with the environment of wp.

If you wanted to create a real quality tutorials, you should create some example videos and than show to complete beginners and ask them to use them in creating their blogs.

It seems no one has done it before.

I tried to use some videos, but got into some mess. Basically I created some mess. And there were no videos to show me how to solve the problem. And even worse, sometimes there are some other options on my screen compared to what you see on yours. Your videos are too short also and quite unorganized.

First of all, for complete beginner one should explain a bit more in detail to understand what a website or blog is, how it is structured ect. I did not get it from yours. Instead I was and still am looking for loads of other videos elsewhere.

The amount of videos, because they are very short, is amazing too. You quickly get lost.

If I had to start a tutorial, I would like to explain, what a blog, website etc consists of.

For example.
Website is like a book, with many pages. The cover is very important. And than describe some examples of cover.

The website can be organized in many ways. Give some examples as you would for a person, who has seen websites, but does not have a clue about how technologies work at all.

You can not say - no need to use codes. What on earth are codes? Even if someone gives you a short explanation, a persons who only reads on internet, still does not have a clue about it.

There are many ways to organize blog. But nobody tells you what are these options. Firstly one should explain, what are options, by showing it in a simple and easy to grasp way. Than he should explain, what is needed to create this certain type of site, and than, according to what type a user wants, it will be shown him.

Only when he is already familiar with a comprehensive structure of the site building, you can offer a more detailed and advanced videos to enhance on them.

Unfortunately, your videos do neither give a clear comprehension of overall structure, nor detailed explanation of tips and tricks.

And, of course, the content is important.

And yet, I know for shore what I want to see in there and what will be there. But my problem is to create a structure that I myself would like to see there.

I have watched lately huge amount of videos, and now I know, I will need a few sites combined in one to create what I need. And I am not sure can you offer me multi-site blog.

Basically, I am not satisfied with tutorials.

I had a few issues getting set up, and Dan was AMAZING, helpful, and fast to help me get things set up right. Their service and support is top notch, and I have been VERY impressed so far. Thank you for making this easy!!
